I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Service is top notch and it was very impressive ( way better than a few other Marriotts I stayed during the same trip). Everyone I met there was polite and helpful. Next is the room. Decent size with nice city view. Everything in the room is brand new (as this is a hotel that’s newly opened). Really happy with that also! Free breakfast was fresh, delicious with tons of options. They do have a great chef there! Lastly, they have a laundry room with washer and dryer that you can use (free of charge). This makes me happy that I don’t need to carry my stinky clothes around. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying again next time. Thank you!

在佛山很棒的一次住店體驗，服務極好，剛進門就給準備上了温暖的茶水和毛巾，讓人可以感受到酒店的熱情，辦理入住的小姐姐小哥哥也是很温柔的，態度非常好，貼心的提醒了房間的注意事項，還提醒我：最近佛山總是會下雨，出門記得帶雨傘哦，這樣善意的提醒真的很貼心。非常喜歡這樣很有愛的環境，房間設施齊全舒適👍，因為小朋友身高超過了1.2米，早餐要另外收費，小姐姐就説這邊給我贈送早餐，不要另外收費了，真的太好了，晚上點外賣，因為點的東西比較多，管家貼心的向前走，想幫我拿，我説不用不用，管家就幫我按了電梯。第二天下午因為被雨淋了，衣服都濕了，然後11管家看見了還幫我們拿衣服去洗、烘乾，真的非常貼心，真的被這種服務感動到了；提醒我們到喝熱水，小心感冒，當時真的感覺這裏的前台工作人員好温暖呀！非常值得推薦的一家酒店。

最近入住一家寶藏酒店，退房時比較匆忙。過一會回到家翻行李箱才猛然想起把備用手機忘在了房間床頭櫃上當時真是心急如焚！讓我萬萬沒想到的是，就在我焦急萬分時，接到了酒店前台打來的電話！她非常禮貌地告知我，客房部在打掃房間時發現了我的物品，並第一時間上交到了前台。她們通過入住登記訊息找到了我的聯繫方式。更讓我感動的是後續的處理：她們不僅確認了物品完好無損，還主動提出表示可以幫忙先代付快遞費寄回來，因為物品很貴重，並貼心的包裝得非常仔細，還發了快遞單號給我。整個過程，酒店都表現得極其負責，這不僅僅是一件物品失而復得，更是讓我感受到了酒店對客人真切的關懷和“急客人之所急”的服務精神，遠超我的預期，讓我無比感動和安心。以後衹要來佛山，這個酒店絕對是我的唯一選擇！強烈推薦！VV
