Booked 3 double rooms. All rooms are exceptionally clean and new. Like the deco, simple yet very functional and well-maintain. Air conditioning is strong and they even cool down the rooms prior to check in for the customers during this hot summer season. Water pressure in the bathrooms and toilets are good. The amenities in the hotel are average but the customer service is excellent, very polite and friendly and offers good recommendations to places of attraction and restaurants. Especially the way they manage the laundry service to their customers, is unique and very caring. By the way, there is free porridge for supper. Simple fare but tasty nevertheless. This is a great hotel at very convenient location, very near to 钟楼metro station and 4 station away from 欢乐海岸amusement park (less than 15 min ride).

Hotel new opened in 2024, staffs very nice and good service, hotel breakfast is local food and delicious as well.

Staff were polite but it took more than 30 minutes to check in even with no queue. Cleaning needs to be improved. I found hair in bed and in the bath tub. Location is good. Breakfast is average. Robot is clever to deliver things to room.

Must give 11/10 for the staffs working there, their attention to details and customer satisfaction is exemplary! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were offered tea while they register us. They also brought my clothes from the dryer (folded) to our room! There are so many other examples but it would take up the entire review. Hotel is one of the 'smart' hotels with robots running around doing Thier stuff. It's located across from the metro and within walking distance to pedestrian street and other tourist sightseeing. Many restaurants and convience stores are close by as well. Many hotels in China advertise nonsmoking, but don't enforce it which sucks. But Atour does seem to take this seriously, at least we don't smell any smoke. Overall, really enjoy our stay and would highly recommend this location.

Although we only stayed at Atour Qinghuiyuan for a night, the hotel left a very good impression, especially the warmth service of the staff. When we were trying to get a transport, we were assisted by 安沂 at the reception. She went the extra mile to make the stay at Atour Qinghuiyuan a very memorable one! Thank you so much!

Excellent location. Close to metro station and only mins walk to most of the tourist spots and walking street. Clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall it was a good stay. The location of the hotel is close to the subway station, literally right opposite the station. The check-in process was quick and smooth. We went up to the room, we absolutely love the tone of the room. It is neutral, modern and comfortable. The staff also offered excellent service. We didn't sign up for a China number, which hindered a lot of our activities. When the staff learned that we needed help, she (貝双) right away used her own number to signed up for us. Also, 浩然 helped us book the hotel breakfast, which we didn't book in the first place. He told us by joining the hotel membership we could enjoy a 10% discount and right away he give us the discount! I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the line 3 metro, which made it easy to travel to and from Guangzhou. The staff were incredible, the check in process was smooth and I was sent details of nearby attractions and food. The breakfast was really good, and included both western and Chinese foods, both of which were delicious. I also had a bowl of double skin milk which was probably the better than the restaurants I tried afterwards. The room was clean and had free drinks included in the mini fridge. The shower pressure was great too. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as with all Atour hotels I've stayed in. Will highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Shunde.

New hotel, abit slow for check in process but overall hotel staff are friendly and try their very best to duit any request. Good services. Recommend for stay if you going travel to shun de.
