I booked this room for one night  Overall I am pretty happy with the hotel Let’s start with the good stuff: 1. Wide variety of breakfasts that is decent 2. View from the dining area is amazing 3. Room is clean and new and comes with quality bedding in the room.  4. Comes with free drinks in the fridges 5. Very friendly receptionist and staff working at dining area double thumbs up!! 6. Free parking 7. Sound proofing is good.  Improvement point 1. No charging point for EV yet  2. None actually.

The fact that no car can stop in front of the Hotel is a big minus, otherwise the service, the room and the breakfast befit a Chinese 5 star hotel, only 5 mins walk to a full fletcher shopping mall is a big plus. All in all a well-managed property

去到酒店才知道酒店裡面有親子活動，但是酒店人員説已經爆滿了，有提前打電話諮詢需不需要參加。但是我是沒有收到任何電話或者短訊提醒。入住後，有幾個警察在酒店內走動，然後在19樓貌似尋人，孩子看了一眼給警察趕…當時有酒店工作人員在，也沒有安撫孩子跟我們解釋是什麼情況。孩子很擔心有壞人。第二天退房下電梯竟然有一對拖鞋在電梯裏面，真是無語……

幫人訂房間，特意訂的雙早，結果客人去吃早餐還被叫出來！！！！我真的無語死了，什麼飲料運動城券沒一個人用好吧，我特意買的帶雙早你這樣讓別人難堪！！！當時訂完我也上樓看了房間很小有點異味，但是這個價位加上訂的匆忙，當時也就覺得就這樣吧反正就一晚，結果呢？？連早餐都不讓人吃啊！不讓人吃就算了，你們不會馬上核實嗎？請問是誰的問題？？哪個人來擔責？我幫人訂的房間，我現在愧疚死了，還有，這個酒店再也不會來了，避雷吧。真的，還有，晚餐那個自助也極其垃，先説兩人388，後面説可以優惠點，進去看也沒啥可以吃的，就幾份涼了的菜，這麼捨不得就別開酒店了好不好？？就算是同價位兩人350的也比這個好自己看看海峻達希爾頓的。還有，負責的前台辭職行不行？字看不懂訂單都不會核對，職場不適合你啊，真的，服務業最重要的細心你都做不到，做別的吧？別出來坑人了，以後別人再來幫訂，在你們這個酒店，人家客户被你們一坑一個跑啊，你怎麼賠啊我請問？用你那個不到一萬的工資？這麼出來禍害社會？

就在歡樂海岸隔離，超市，商場，餐廳及機動遊戲可以不用外出也可一家大小玩一天，有地鐵站，也可自駕免費泊車，房間清潔度可以，因為客房樓層在18樓以上景觀開陽，但房間內的梳化被給煙頭弄了一個洞沒有修補影響感官，退房的時候拍照給前台看梳化的損毁，入住時要提交$500按金，因害怕他們向我追究，因為不是我造成的，入住的時候有歡迎飲品券，可以到餐廳飲用及欣賞歡樂海岸景色，餐廳景色開陽，但沒有食早餐所以不能提供評價，整體入住體驗不錯只是梳化有點小瑕疵但整體都是推薦的。
