Value for money, clean, good services.
Room dated, not a new hotel, only the reception and breakfast area looks new.
Decent breakfast with hot noodle soup, eggs, dumplings, buns and drinks.

This is really my first negative review here. The biggest problem was the elevators. There were too many people using the elevators, and they were often filled to capacity. I often waited as much as 10 minutes just for the elevator to arrive on the 26 floor. The free breakfast was OK but there were just so many people all trying to eat at the same time the room was clean. The location is OK but it’s not real close to the spa area and requires about a 10 minute walk.

晚上七點半到前台，一個服務人員沒有，留的電話也沒人接，等了半個小時唉…最後找攜程客服才找到人回來登記入住，什麼好心情都沒有了，室內設施裝的簡陋，早餐還行，不會再選擇這裏了，體驗差

周邊環境也很好，位置也好找，去附近都很方便！前台小哥哥看我帶孩子還升級了房型，房間衞生也乾淨整潔，非常讚的入住體驗！

環境不錯，是休閑度假好地方，停車方便且免費，設施齊全，周邊餐飲還可以，這個季節人比較少，早餐就不咋地，能填飽肚子！

前台服務很一般，沒有任何熱情和服務業態度，一副被迫營業的樣子。早餐也很一般，快捷酒店的標準，當然價格擺在那裡，出差過夜可以，房間倒是挺大。

非常不錯的酒店，衞生很乾凈，房間很大，很舒服，而且裝飾的很漂亮，環境安靜，前台免費升級房型了，體驗感挺好的，前台的大廳拍照也很出片，可以坐着喝茶聊天。
距離安納西小鎮很近，開車2分鐘就到了，而且酒店樓下就有停車場，還免費停車，很不錯
