第二次入住 剛到店辦入住時，就被前台告知“房間在七樓，五樓有ktv，像週末的話晚上會吵”，我有點不明白跟我説這句話是什麼意思，以為她要提供什麼有效的解決辦法，就問“那有沒有不吵的房間，或者樓上的房間（因為上次入住九樓，跟這次定的房型一樣）”，前台回覆“加錢咯，換到樓上”，我這才明白她説那句話的作用，意思無非是“我告訴你了七樓的房間會吵，但你要問有什麼解決辦法的話你就加錢換房間”，或許這就是所謂的“免責聲明”，你睡不好不能怪酒店，怪你自己不願意加錢換房間，對於這種情況我沒啥好説的，就回了房間。 不得不説，前台説的很對，晚上確實很吵，從晚上八點一直唱到凌晨不知道多少點。因為行程需要住了三個晚上，我自認為不是個對聲音敏感的人，但在這裏前兩個晚上睡著了以後三點多被吵醒，最後一晚十二點多要睡覺了被吵得睡不着，第二天白天一早旁邊就開始裝修，吵得受不了想睡懶覺也沒辦法。期間不是沒想過跟前台反饋，但一想到想在酒店睡個好覺的唯一解決辦法是加錢升房我就覺得不可理喻😆沒想到在外面住酒店會被吵醒、吵得睡不着。 除了睡不好，地理位置稍偏和前台態度令人不敢恭維以外，其他都不錯，環境很好，有智能機器人送餐，全屋智能控制，電視可以投屏，房間乾淨整潔，有免費早餐，還有洗衣區。 第一次入住後我本認為此酒店是三水最具性價比體驗，三星的價格四星的體驗，所以才有了第二次入住。但如果對於噪音問題衹給顧客加錢升房的解決辦法實在損害酒店形象，給個建議，之前入住其他隔音不是很好的酒店，她們也知道晚上會有噪音，所以會給顧客送一個免費耳塞，耳塞很便宜，這麼大的酒店應該不會因為給有需要的客人提供耳塞而倒閉吧。 嗯，以上，我的體驗與建議。
