Hotel in zona Gongrong Square, Foshan

Conveniently located, 10 minutes walk from Lingnan World and Liang Yuan gardens. Initially I was only staying a couple of days, ended up staying for a week! The room is newly renovated and bigger than expected and very comfortable. Everything is well stocked, towels, cleaning amenities (even conditioner) and amenity kits, bathrobe, sleepers, etc Wifi you can login if yourself if you have a local number. But if you don't have one like me, a staff can come up to log you in. Only thing I didn't like is the plug next to the bed doesn't work. But the USB one works. They even have a free washer and dryer on the 5th floor guests can use. What made the difference is the staff. Everyone including all front desk staff, cleaners and even the repair man (a small issue with my TV which got fixed really quickly) was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Foshan.

The hotel location seems quite near the subway station, however you would need to cross a few roads, go underground into a roundabout, and then go up to ground level in order to reach the hotel. The renovation to the main entrance did not help either and we had to enter from the side door, as well as tell taxi drivers to make additional turn to reach the side entrance from the original main entrance. There is a small gym with standard equipment and a not-so-inviting pool which we did not utilize. The bar on the top floor looks good but the Caucasian guests we bumped into on our first night of stay were rude and disrespectful to us and the live band. Overall I think this hotel is good, but many areas could be improved, such as notifying guests of any renovation before they arrive and making the pool more appealing.

This is my second time with this hotel. The location is right in the central of the city, the subway station downstairs is right on several subway line. The shopping mall has everything I need, from drinks, to resturant, clothings, and grocery. The property is being managed by an international brand, extremely clean, facility knows relatively decent and new. I have a great view of the intersection as well.

Quasi tutto è buono su questo hotel. La posizione è vicina al posto che voglio andare, che è il mercato dei mobili. Quanto al cibo, c'è sempre un ristorante halal che devo andare a mangiare, il ristorante araba. Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e sono molto utili. Soprattutto il ricevitore e il ragazzo della campana. C'è un ricevitore che lavora al turno notturno è molto utile e lei può comunicare in inglese molto bene. La camera è anche molto accogliente e spaziosa. Molto importante per me il bagno ha un bidet. Come sappiamo, non è facile trovare un hotel con bidet in Cina. La prossima volta che vengo a Foshan, restero' di nuovo questo hotel.

Must give 11/10 for the staffs working there, their attention to details and customer satisfaction is exemplary! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were offered tea while they register us. They also brought my clothes from the dryer (folded) to our room! There are so many other examples but it would take up the entire review. Hotel is one of the 'smart' hotels with robots running around doing Thier stuff. It's located across from the metro and within walking distance to pedestrian street and other tourist sightseeing. Many restaurants and convience stores are close by as well. Many hotels in China advertise nonsmoking, but don't enforce it which sucks. But Atour does seem to take this seriously, at least we don't smell any smoke. Overall, really enjoy our stay and would highly recommend this location.

It will be very convenient if you take a long-distance bus from Hong Kong. This is the final stop.

La posizione è buona, l'altra parte è la vecchia boutique di formaggio a doppia pelle, Xiaohua Street è particolarmente conveniente, ci sono tutti i tipi di cuochi sotto, ma devi prestare attenzione a mangiare prima delle nove di notte.La stanza è un po'piccola e le strutture sono complete.La hall è buona. C'è un fratello al receptionist che è molto responsabile. Ho scoperto che ho un orologio. Mi ha contattato e aiutato a fare il furbo.

I would said it’s a 4.8 instead of 5, why?! Because the first night I can’t get into the front door. I tried to touch the screen and c how it works, the first step was asking me to verify the face then failed, after over it ask me what room to call, I entered what I lived but still not yet worked. I followed the people getting in, I know that’s not right. So I go to asking the front desk, the night shift girl. To be honest, I don’t like her. Her service is unprofessional and a little upset, I only asked her one question that I can’t open the front door. How to do it, she info me the screen have introduced and teach u how to do it. Excuse me, if I can follow the screen and open it. Why would I waste time to asking u?! Lol, that’s not funny at all. I told her I don’t know how to do it, she showed me an very surprised face and asked me back. What?! U don’t know or u can read those words?! I mean if I can 100% read them of course I can do it myself. I told her No, I can’t read some of the words. She think I am a little crazy and not wanting to help me, she told me to come over and trying the same way I did. But I not sure how the second night still not open I followed people getting in as well. The third night there was no one get in while I was there. I tried to called that number and trying multiple still nothing was worked, I believe she opened it at the last second while I tried again and again but not worked. I just don’t understand why she can’t just teach me and show it in make sure I got it before I leave. She helped another guest when she showed me how to open that front door, that’s unbelievable. Anyway, just let it go. It’s actually not a big deal and doesn’t makes my trip different. I really appreciate the morning shift service, first I can locate the address. On my app it’s nothing showing on building c of what I am entering, only building A B and D. I asked the Dede driver, he told me the same thing. So after over I finds a story that closed to what showed on my booking. It’s work, but I still need to walk about 10 minutes to the entrance. She is showing me a different name that works a lot, also I don’t know how to type that word. She showed it in her phone and let me slow one step by step to do so. Thanks a lot, I am enjoying my stay in.

今次兩家人一齊去了美的鷺湖別墅住了一個晚上。酒店有三層，一共有三間房，五張床。衛生程度一般，房間內的裝飾也很老派，就是普通大陸屋企一樣。浴室衛生間都有些污跡，大廳上橙色的凳子坐墊下有很多花生碎，自從發現到這些之後，我都不敢去移動任何東西，我怕會越揭越多骯髒的東西，所以這類型的房子住一次就夠了。 去過一次就足夠了，不過度假村內有水上樂園，有機動遊戲之類的，帶小朋友都是不錯的。 不過值得一讚的是，房子有管家服務，管家會提前打電話給你，預先讓你留定車牌號碼，好讓大閘能開，另外什麼都可以和管家說明，他都竭力幫助，今次服務我們的是羅管家！讚！👍
