Drainage in the toilet was clogged - it was quite disgusting

Room was clean. Close to our destination. Thank you, coffee in rooms, refrigerator cold.

It was a nice and quiet hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will return here soon.

I am undergoing medical treatments as nf they have been very hospitable to my husband and I. Thank you once weekly tomorrow.

Staff was friendly, and accomidating. Only thing i will warn others about is the 50 dollar fee they have you pay prior to letting you check in. Other than that was chill af

I booked with ******* and my check-in was at 3...get there I was told I needed to pay a 50$ deposit. when I called prior too..I asked that and the lady said no I could check-in on time..got there a few mins behind 3 and the assigned room was not ready..I had to wait till longer...also asked if the room has a iron and ironing board...was told that they didn't...it wasn't a bad experience per say because it was a Last minute booking but the website and actual place shows very different pictures...

There is no bathroom on the first level for when you're out by the pool, etc., there were holes in the sheetrock above the door, mold in the bathtub. It also took me ringing the bell for the check-in about 6 times before I had to go around the corner and find the desk clerk in the laundry room talking. I was not impressed.

Bad place I make reservations for a non smoking room but my room smell to bad like the previous guest was smoking there I let the clerk know she tell me they send somebody to spray some but they never do it

As soon as we arrived the hotel, the front desk clerk asked us to wait for 5 minutes (he later advised the system was down). There were 2 groups waiting in front of me to be checked. Clearly the clerk was having a hard time with the customers. It looked like this wasn’t his regular job or he wasn’t prepared for contingencies like this. He even asked me to put the paper roll inside the card machine as he didn’t know how to do it. Furthermore, he asked to keep my passport with him as I checked to my room. I obviously declined. Early in the next morning he knocked on my door waking me up to fetch my passport to do who knows what. Bottom line is: as a frequent traveller, I’ve never seen someone unprepared like this. In the room, bed was good, but there were only 2 towels (I booked 3 people). The coffeemaker still had a used coffee bag inside, so shame on the cleaning staff. Days Inn usually is a good place to stay, but this one definitely is not up to their name. I will never ever come back to this hotel again.
