Hotel in zona Cross Church NFW, Fort Worth

Ottimo luogo, non poteva essere più centrale. Decorazione russa in linea con il luogo. La cena era eccellente e il personale era molto utile. Il parcheggio è gratuito.

Grande! Piattaforma pulita. Personale cortese e accogliente. Offerrono la navetta gratuita ai giacimenti. Colazione abbastanza buona. Piscina grande! Non troppo lontano dal centro. Rimarrei.

Il buffet per colazione era buono. La stanza era di base per $300/night. Stavo meglio per meno.. Le donne del desk front erano davvero gentili al check-in.

È nel centro della città, quindi è bello esplorare la città, ma non ci sono parcheggi. È stato aperto di recente, quindi è molto carino e pulito. Il ristorante è molto elegante e un po' caro. Il lavandino del bagno è un po' scomodo

La cameriera e i saluti erano amici e benvenuti. La nostra suite Jr. era molto bella e pulita. Piacere di sorprendersi che ci fossero due set TV, uno nell'area di soggiorno e uno nella camera da letto. La piscina interna è piccola, ma non viaggi con i bambini, e è stato bello che potessi scorrere. Il Jacuzzi era caldo per il mio gusto, ma non abbastanza caldo per mio marito. Il Jacuzzi non aveva un forte flusso di jet. Purtroppo, il bagno delle donne manca un bacino. La colazione è stata grande! Pancake freschi e uova fatte per ordinare. In generale, gli darei un punteggio di 4.8. Triste che la zona di patio non fosse disponibile al pubblico. A causa della posizione, del servizio e ora che so che il posto è disponibile per eventi, so che promuoverò questo posto per la mia riunione di scuola superiore.

Unfortunately we would have loved our stay near sun dance square but I had a thousand dollars on my card and this hotel instead of taking 174 for the room took 450 plus 380 plus the room charge of 174 be careful handing a card over for so called incidentals

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Bellissimo hotel!! Io lavoro nell'industria dell'hotel, ho trascorso 10+ anni nel settore della custodia, da custode tutto il viaggio all'amd amd sono super critico in merito agli hotel. Ho lavorato anche per Hampton Inn & Suites prima. Questa struttura dispone di personale molto ben addestrato, personale estremamente professionale benvenuto in front desk e super pulito mantenendo super pulite camere e strutture. 5 stelle tutto per questa struttura!

Sono stato solo in zona per una sola notte e ho bisogno di un posto per dormire. Il personale del desk front era bello e era un facile processo di check-in e check-out. Non ho passato troppo tempo a guardare intorno alla stanza che avevo, ma era abbastanza pulito per me. Era così fredda quella notte, ma sono contenta che il riscaldatore funzionasse molto bene. Avendo una cucina intera e un frigo per il prezzo non è un cattivo affare. Ci sono anche piastrelle, bocche e utensili.
