Hotel in zona Chapel Hill Shopping Center, Fort Worth

I dipendenti erano molto cortesi e cordiali. Sono rimasto costernato quando ho dovuto parcheggiare la mia auto a una tariffa di $ 30 a notte, di cui non sono stato informato prima dell'arrivo. Ho sentito di doverlo menzionare in modo che gli altri sappiano cosa aspettarsi. La posizione è proprio presso il centro congressi, a circa 3 miglia in auto dagli Stockyards. La camera era pulita, così come l'hotel. Mi sono sentito completamente al sicuro e sono rimasto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno nel complesso.

Il buffet per colazione era buono. La stanza era di base per $300/night. Stavo meglio per meno.. Le donne del desk front erano davvero gentili al check-in.

È nel centro della città, quindi è bello esplorare la città, ma non ci sono parcheggi. È stato aperto di recente, quindi è molto carino e pulito. Il ristorante è molto elegante e un po' caro. Il lavandino del bagno è un po' scomodo

Mi piaceva. Era anche in grado di farli programmare una consegna di cibo che apprezzo! Michelle al desk, 5 stelle!

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Grande! Piattaforma pulita. Personale cortese e accogliente. Offerrono la navetta gratuita ai giacimenti. Colazione abbastanza buona. Piscina grande! Non troppo lontano dal centro. Rimarrei.

L'hotel era pulito e sembrava essere stato ristrutturato. il personale era molto utile e il colazione era buono. Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì di nuovo

Abbiamo goduto tutto su questa posizione dell'hotel. Il personale era molto bello e gentile. La stanza era spaziosa per i bambini a correre. Ci rimarremo certamente qui quando torneremo!!!
