Poor communication We never got an email with the code for the key safe. Contacted VRBO and was on hold for ages. I was given the phone number for the owner who we phoned and he contacted us back after some time. He gave us the code and was apologetic but still waiting for up date from yourselves. We got into the property some 2 hours late which wasn't a good start to our break. Communication had been good to this part. Accommodation suited us and great location. Would use again for a group of lads
