Il personale qui era la cosa migliore che questo hotel ha da offrire. Questa è davvero l'unica cosa positiva che ho da dire sul mio soggiorno lì. La navetta non inizia a funzionare fino alle 10:30. Quando sono arrivato intorno alle 11, non avevano una stanza, quindi sono andato in piscina per sedermi e aspettare. L'area della piscina era bella, ma l'arredamento è piuttosto malconcio. Sono tornato dentro dopo un po' e ho sentito una persona dopo l'altra che faceva il check-out lamentarsi di stanze sporche, odori e rumori forti di notte. È diventato chiaro che questo non è solo un hotel aeroportuale, ma anche una situazione di vita a basso costo per poche persone. Il personale della reception alla fine mi ha fatto pulire la camera, così ho potuto fare il check-in in anticipo. La mia camera non era decisamente quella che mi aspettavo in base alle foto. La vernice era scheggiata, la doccia non era pulita e aveva della muffa intorno alle cuciture. La stanza puzzava di muffa. I cuscini avevano le dimensioni dei cuscini che avresti messo sul tuo divano. Molto bizzarro. Mi rendo conto che è economico ed è vicino all'aeroporto, quindi non ci si può aspettare un'esperienza di prima classe e non entro con quelle aspettative. Tuttavia, non ci tornerei.

None of the beds had bed skirts and none of the beds had mattress covers mold all over the bathroom drywall peeling and falling from the ceiling.

Needs the update which apparently is taking place, outlived… a make over is more than due.

The bathroom curtain rod was falling off the wall. The exterior door at the end of the hallway did not lock & slammed every time someone used it. I even seen the pizza delivery man enter through the door late at night. The hallway was very noisy with slamming doors. The front desk was unattended when I went for pool towels. Pillows were not normal size, very small pillows. The floors were not swept or mopped.

Nice place. They recently did some remodeling so rooms are modernized to today standards. Comfy beds

It was cold during our stay and they only had two layers of thin sheets on the beds. They said they didn’t have any blankets.

Great location; peaceful place My room smell really weird and the curtains was ripped off The TV is too small The breakfast was ok 👌 but the ladies make you feel weird on breakfast area they chase you what a you are doing at the time

Hi I have to say we really enjoyed our night at the Beaumont, Fort Myers. It is not posh but we found it very clean and apparently they are in the process of renovation. The staff were very helpful. Our breakfast was amazing. I know it was self service but, honestly, you could not possibly go away hungry. We had a wonderful start to our day. The bed was comfortable, large and clean. The large room had a small microwave and a fridge which would be ideal if you have to stay a few days. There are machines for cold drinks, snacks and ICE. Thank you Beaumont.

Staff members are very nice

What I liked is that the hotel had a room available and was 10 minutes from the hotel. What I did not like is that there was a dank smell in the hotel. Also, my room smelled stale and the bedding also smelled bad.

Nice staff and everything in the room worked and was damaged free. Places to get food and drink walkable nearby

The place seemed very tired. The door handle was oxidized and covered in rust, the maids carts had clearly banged up the door several times and paint was missing on all the doors in the whole hotel, the AC cover was not attached, just leaning on the wall, the curtain had holes, the walls in the bathroom looked like they had been patched several times and the towels were stained.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever seen could not believe it we never even checked in. It looks like it has been painted in 20 years. The lobby was just as bad. The couch in there looked like it was filthy. It be good for you guys to check it out and like I said we walked out.

We left because no hot water. My husband had an important zoom meeting at the time we checked in and the manager didn’t have the authority to lend an empty room for the hour call. Was told he would have to charge us for the room. He couldn’t even unlock the breakfast room so he would have privacy. The only thing he could offer was the lobby which is small and there were guests coming in and out the entire time.
