Outdoor area is full of options to relax in the loungers or hammock, grill out, play a game of cornhole, or enjoy the fire at night. A great place to spend time with family and friends!
There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for you to go enjoy the beautiful beaches
Only four miles from beautiful Fort Myers beach and the new Margaritaville, close to Sanibel and Captiva with many fabulous restaurants, shopping, and activities close by!
Sleeps 6, the master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, all windows have blackout curtains. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room.
Two full bathrooms, one bathroom has a bathtub! Linens for beds and towels are included.
Washer and Dryer are available for use.
Kitchen is equipped with all you need, dining table expands.
There’s a Dart board and table games, cards, and puzzles too!
Perfect for your furry family members too, the fenced in area so they can safely explore!

Wonderful
As soon as we walked into the property, there was a feeling of being welcomed. The home was tastefully decorated, kitchen, bathrooms had everything that was needed. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels provided. The yard was nice and private, grilled a couple of times, and enjoyed the fire pit. We stayed for 3 weeks, and look forward to next year. Deanna was a fantastic host.

Backyard Oasis
Our favorite things were the large assortment of games, the relaxing & inviting backyard/lanai. The location was a short drive to the beach, downtown, and the park. The accommodations were comfortable for the 5 of us. Although there isn’t a ramp there is a railing for the few steps into the home and the master bath has a low entry shower.

Sunset vacation house.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset *****. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
