Historic Fort Myers home

Quick weekend trip This house is very cute and a lot more spacious than we expected. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for our family to hang out without feeling crowded. The backyard is just the right size to enjoy some time outside in the evenings. We hit a few snags, but the host was extremely responsive and promptly resolved everything.

Worked for our needs My friends and I (six of us total) stayed at this home for a few nights while in town for a wedding. The house was accurately represented in the listing. It’s a small, cozy place. The home is a bit older and lacks some amenities that more modern homes have (e.g., not a ton of free outlet space) but this was not a problem for us - we had all that we needed for the weekend and we were very comfortable. Taqueria Jalapenos was across the street, with good food and easy to walk to. We also walked to CVS to pick up a few things. Publix was a short drive away to grab groceries. Matthew quickly responded to all our questions and was a gracious host. For the price, I would definitely stay here again if I was in Fort Myers!

Three night stay Overall the house was fine. There were a few cobwebs that the cleaners missed but that was my only complaint. I was visiting friends who live in the area, so was out quite a bit. As a result, I didn’t get to use the kitchen or backyard but it seemed to be stocked with the necessities. I found the location convenient enough for everywhere I needed to go and the neighborhood was quiet.
