It looks recently updated and was well stocked and mostly clean and quiet. In the bathroom there was a window in the shower that had mold all over it. Also the light switch in the bathroom looks like it was not replaced and worked fine but was filthy, easily cleaned with a toothbrush.

Pros- clean; very well equipped; easy parking; good situation for shops, restaurants
Cons- difficult to contact ( wrong number on website); when we said the fridge wasn’t switched on we were told to try a different plug. As this meant moving the fridge freezer we decided against it. Maybe if you’re young and strong!

Very clean and great location right in the middle of Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Also closest to Sanibel Island.

Rather poor location, without a car you can only get to Walmart one street away. The outdoor area does not correspond to the photos! It was very run down and there was no outdoor seating!

The place is very isolated and dark, without lights in front, the house in general is not in condition, I imagine that the owners are the ones who live at the entrance on the left side. They made noise until late, the children felt too much, they moved furniture. It doesn't feel like a safe place to stay.
It was very clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is good. If only for one night maybe

Clean and well stocked, except for coffee. Supplied k cups, with a drip coffee maker , which are not compatible.

Clean room, everything present, no complaints, had some trouble recieving the door code but i had no phone to sms to only a and an eamail so in part my fault too

Very clean though with strong chemical or swifter smell. Aired out and fine.
Convenient location. Quiet.
Some surrounding locations and buildings in disrepair with people hanging out who appeared to be drinking.
Felt comfortable walking with partner
Had everything we needed for our overnight stay with clean towels and kitchen supplies
