Their "accessible" rooms are lacking in many respects. First the bed is way too high to transfer safely from a standard wheelchair to the bed. The shower is impossible to use unless you can stand. The floor is covered in a very soft carpet, which is makes it very very hard to roll with a wheelchair. The coffee maker is almost too high for even someone that can stand.

Good place and service for a business trip. A confortable room to rest after a day of work. You can rest and disconnect after a working journing. Food and drinks are good and bar services are excellent. Algo good location and cab services are good and fast to arrive.

Charged me for an upgrade when they said they wouldn’t. When checking out they didn’t put any additional charges on my bill then added them after for a room upgrade that should have been free. No where was it stated that the hot tub and steam room facilities are not in service and it looks like they have no plans to fix them.

Clean and quiet. Do not have gluten free options for breakfast. Did not receive the room I booked on line (1 queen bed). Pillows are very puffy but the bed is very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff from check in to housekeeping to the lounge!! We were greeted with a sign welcoming our baseball team to the hotel and treats after a LONG drive. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The lounge staff was incredible - packed house the first night and they kept up with food, drinks and amazing service. We went back the second night! Overall some of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. THANK YOU!!!

i made a mistake and booked my hotel on the wrong date. i didnt realize until i checked in a few days later. I tried 8 different times to contact the hotel to talk to a manager, as i have to pay out of pocket for this. I understand the cancellation policy, but the complete lack of respect or care in trying to resolve my question is unacceptable. The manager never called me back, and now wont even take my call just to TALK to me. Your hotel earned a big 0 for customer service
