Il personale era cordiale e accomodante. Il panorama era bellissimo. Vorrei solo che Starbucks all'interno avesse più opzioni e rimanesse aperto tutto il giorno. L'hotel era davvero carino. C'erano alcune cose che potrebbero essere aggiornate qua e là, ma nel complesso lo spazio era bellissimo.

Questa è la peggiore esperienza che ho fatto per prenotare l'hotel a Trip.com.Vivo a Fort Lauderdale una notte e saliva sulla navetta il giorno dopo.Non c'era un buon riposo quella notte. Poi si svegliò più di mezzanotte dalla porta del camion. Poi si calmò, pensando che qualcuno avrebbe potuto giocare a scavare la porta sbagliata il fine settimana. Dopo mezz'ora, la porta di guaio che cadeva nel mare è stata soffiata. Sento che l'hotel era in fiamme. Salta e pensava a cosa volevo portare... vedendo un uomo e una donna che si dicevano di essere la sicurezza dell'hotel. Voglio vedere il nostro passaporto. In questo momento, il vicinato a destra e gli ospiti aperti hanno aperto la porta. Nel check-in di registrazione, il nostro passaporto è stato visto e copiato alla stazione di servizio. Perché dovremmo rivedere a mezzanotte?Spieghiamo la situazione. L'uomo ha parlato con l'interno dell'hotel per un po', e poi ha detto che era tutto a posto. Ti chiedo cosa stai facendo? I’ve stayed in plenty of different quality hotels motels and resorts, and this is an experience I will never forget. It was like a 1990s horror film. Gnats EVERYWHERE. I have no idea where they were coming from. They refused to leave. I smashed 5 and 5 more would come back. They seemed to be very attracted to the HVAC filter in the closet, as well as the crevices of the ceilings & walls. Most notably, ME. That could be you or your children. They were flying into my arms and neck and were trying to fly down my ear. Disgusting! I don’t even experience that outdoors! RocketStays response was “did you check under the kitchen sink for bug spray?” I shouldn’t have to poison myself to poison a bug. Do you not know what pest control is? Im surprised gnats we’re the only thing I saw and there were no ants. I’m sure there are bed bugs but I could not really confirm. If anything there is and they tried to detail the mattress itself to get rid of the stains. They could not however, get rid of the human sweat silhouette that is stained into the mattress. Disgusting. Very clearly Sleeping in someone else’s filth. I considered sleeping on one of the couches and wrapping myself up in a sheet with a mask on but I told myself there’s no reason to punish myself. I ended up washing my laundry with the in-unit machines that seem like they were just placed there recently and I hit the road at midnight. I slept in my car at a nearby turnpike service area. I slept great and woke up to a beautiful sunshine followed by an immaculate breakfast far away from room 203 at this location. As someone else said, VERY sketchy. Even the lock code situation is sketchy. That means if someone is watching my door they can easily enter the code and get right in when I am not there. Each set of blinds had one slat missing so someone with the right view could always look in. The stovetop and oven are covered in grease and grime. One gentle swipe of the hand and it comes right off the surface. Would not recommend you book any room type here. Keep your kids far away from here. I say that as a single adult with no kids. This building is unsafe. Destruction, infestation, dust and mold. The bathroom was clearly recently “remodeled”, but the entire place still looks and feels like the slums. Quite a depressing loss of $307+. The best parts about it were the in-unit washer and dryer, and the fact the Cheesecake Factory was not too far away for dinner. I thought I would cook something on the stove with the included weak cookware, but I refused to even consider utilizing the water from the sink for cooking water. God only knows what the pipes have been through in this place. Think about that. Very scary place. Assume all 5 star reviews are fake. Especially one that said “quiet safe neighborhood” or something like that. No it’s not. It’s way back in the deep end of a No Outlet road covered by trees and darkness.
