The rooms are nice and they’re always clean yet. Our light in our bathroom did not work and the property is just older. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in the morning. On time transfers to the port.

I love this hotel and have stayed at your facilities indifferent towns several times I always choose this hotel but last night I came in with a king's reservation through ******* there were no rooms left because they told us that ******* never told them that we had a king size bed. My fiance is 6 foot 6 inches tall and we ended up in a double bed it was ridiculous!!! Also the tub drain doesn't hold we couldn't take a soaking bath. Not happy at all with ******* on this one nor the fact that the hotel didn't have any rooms for a king's eyes bed

Dated. Mattresses not comfy. Pillows flat. Not vey clean. Noisy air conditioner. But staff is so nice.

One night stay prior to joining our cruise ship. Easy transportation to and from airport and cruise terminal at a reasonable price. Breakfast was decent with various options and Starbucks coffee served.
Pool is not as inviting as it appears in photographs.
Bed was comfortable

The front desk girls were very friendly and very helpful. They made checking in very easy & trouble free. Several eating establishments within walking distance and room was nice and clean

Edge of carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. Plumbing not good, sink would not drain

This was a great location to stay at. The area was walkable and had many stores and restaurant's nearby. The outdoor pool was nice. The the staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. We were a family of 5 in a room and had plenty towels, pillows and blankets right in the room, which was great. Also it was very close to port Everglades, the airport and anything else you wanted to see.
