We get to see the glorious sunsets and have a gentle breeze which keeps away any pesky flying critters and the water drops off very gently, so its great swimming for all ages. This a family friendly property with 165 feet of shoreline, a sandy beach play areas, 2 sun bathing rafts,2 kayaks, pedal boat, SUP, water mat,2 BBQ ( one propane -the other briquette), tennis court, an extensive play-swing set, bonfire pit, picnic tables, multiple seating areas to enjoy viewing the lake and sunsets, there are amenities for all ages. One of the main features is the setting. We have 165 feet of frontage on Torch Lake about half in sandy beach. There are two decks overlooking the lake, a tennis court, beautiful terraced gardens,rolling manicured lawn and some woods. There is a new extensive dock with a large sitting area at the end to enjoy the crystal clear waters of Torch Lake. There is also an extra motor boat hoist which can be rented separately. A pedal boat is at your disposal. There is also a playground for children that we built when our children were smaller which is on the border of the property and shared with our guests next door at Sparkling Waters.
