"I usually stay at budget places but prices at the Burvale not much more. And amenities much better. You have everything you want there. Situated on a huge block of land what developers would pay the mind boggles. The only downside is car park needs resurfacing. Very rough. Yes will stay again."

"I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side."

"I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne."

"We waited for more than 1 hour for check in on Sunday. The email notification said check in time was 5:30pm and we arrived at 5pm but no one there. The email indicated 15 minutes for late check in arrangement but we waited for more than one hour even we were not late. We booked the parking spot next day by paying $20 per day but it took us more than half hour for waiting the lift to the basement. If you can find the staff at the lobby they are helpful though. It is a modern apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom but a bit noisy with the wind. Great location."

Purtroppo, il primo giorno di soggiorno, qualcuno ha fatto un rapporto con l'allarme antincendio, a mezzanotte alle 12 e mezza, e un grado fuori.Tutti devono scendere e due veicoli sono arrivati.Il vigile del fuoco ha visto un problema.Tornate a letto. Sono tornato circa venti minuti, e sono tornato ancora una volta, il furgone d'incendio 🚒 ha tolto la testa e tornato, tutti sono giù, alcune persone sono davvero braccialetti. Oltre a questo, tutti gli altri possono, il traffico andare alla stazione di autobus per circa otto minuti, l'altra parte ha un ristorante per mangiare piccoli cavoli e piccoli cavoli."
