We booked this property for a fastpitch tournament, we were never told the pool was not available or open. They did not post it or disclose it anywhere on their website or even when we arrived. The girls were bummed that they couldnt swim on our off time. We would have definitely booked a different hotel if we knew. There are other choices nearby that are nicer with better amenities in the area.

We booked it for the pool, but it wasn’t open. Kind of a bummer. Other than that, the breakfast was good, the rooms were really nice.

Big opening under the door to the hallway, the pool was closed, you can hear everything in the rooms next to you, and a huge group of kids ran around on all floors slamming doors and screaming most of the afternoon and night. Tried to switch rooms and was told they don’t have any others. My family didn’t sleep well at all.

Hotel must have just opened recently so everything is new. Very comfortable bed and the pillows are amazing. A full walk in shower. Very nice

Key cards did not work on anything but the room, had to find staff to let you in to the gym, the pool was out of service

Staff was friendly and hotel was one of the cleanest I have stayed at. Room was comfortable. I would recommend!

Very clean hotel. New property. Nice rooms
Great breakfast
We were staying there for a softball tournament and our first game was at 7am. Staff put together to go bags for the girls for their game as breakfast wasn’t open yet. Very thoughtful

New hotel, nice and clean. Lots of police presence. Neighborhood not so great but the hotel is nice. Booked because it was snowing and our power was out. Was there from 11am-3pm, just 4hrs
