Hotel a Foca Mahallesi

"Questa è la mia seconda visita all'Hotel Juglans Suites. Gli architetti di stile europeo, i dettagli di design elegante e le strutture della camera renderanno il vostro soggiorno comodo. Ma la cosa più importante è il personale, che deve fornire un alto livello di servizio. Purtroppo, la tendenza non cambia per il meglio adesso. Ultimamente tutto con il manager Halil è stato risolto con una nota positiva e molto rapidamente. L'attenzione, il tatto e la cura con cui ha trattato ogni cliente possono essere dato solo come esempio. È stato l'anima di questo hotel, ma purtroppo non lavora ora. Con la sua atteggiamento al lavoro, ha aumentato le vendite dell'hotel, questi dipendenti meritano di apprezzare! Ora non c'è piastra di benvenuto con frutta, la piscina non è riscaldata, non c'è salotto solare sulla spiaggia (l'anno scorso c'era), il trasferimento annunciato non è fornito (per un canone), la pulizia delle stanze è effettuata solo su richiesta, ma non più di una volta ogni 3 giorni, la qualità della pulizia lascia molto da desiderare (i pavimenti non sono lavati, i fondi per i detergenti non sono aggiunti, il letto da letto non è cambiato). Se siete venuti per un lungo periodo, prendete cura di un asciugamano da cucina, ruggine, compresse per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. In ogni caso, se accettate e tenete conto delle svantaggi, il vostro soggiorno sarà comodo. Ti consiglio di smettere."

"We arrived at the apartment around 22.45, easy check in and I requested a later check out for our last day as wasn't flying back until 21.35. Staff said no problem and checked us in. The restaurant wasn't open on site so wasn't able to get any water or anything to drink or anywhere local to buy any as was too late. Bins were emptied daily and towels & bedding once but then realised if left on the floor in the bathroom they would be changed. Staff and cleaner were welcoming and friendly. Everything in the room to cook & Clean and toilet paper supplied daily bonus, just couldn't use the frying pan as everything stuck. Had to ask for dry towels day before last as couldn't dry them on the balcony due to weather & no sun but cleaner did change them no problem if asked, the bit of a letdown was building going on next door and the apartments using sander to sand down the chairs so couldn't sit on the balcony due to noise. The last day came and didn't feel well so got ready to go to the chemist when we was asked to get our luggage out of the room, it was 10.50am, I reminded him that he told us we could stay in the room until 17.00 but he then replied they are full but, we could pay an extra night and keep the room? we packed our things and went to our friends. We told the apartment how disappointed we was, if you check in late they should cater for this when checking out not try telling you they are fully booked but if you pay a full extra night you can stay. What a shame."

"I’ll be back!!! Повторно заехали в этот отель, уже в другой уровень номера, остались довольны всем! Номера суперские, особенно люкс. Косметика в номере. Удобные кровати. Удобное расположение, чистый бассеин, за территорией ухаживают. Вкусные очень вкусные завтраки. Лояльный персонал. Единственное вай фай дают не сразу)"

"Очень понравился номер: просторный, с кухней (и посудой), с большим балконом, на котором очень приятно было пить чай вечерами. Единственное, в номере плохо работал слив воды в душевой кабинке. После жалобы на ресепшн, пришел сотрудник, поковырялся в сливе, и он стал работать немного получше. Завтраки вкусные, сытные. До моря идти минут 7-10"

"Отдыхали здесь 5 ночей, все было отлично. Мы неприхотливые жильцы, нам самое главное,чтобы было чисто и тихо. Места в номере достаточно, нас было 2 взрослых и ребенок 6 лет. Диван в гостиной раскладывается, кровать удобная, мебели и прочих удобств нам хватило. Горячая вода текла хорошо, газовая плита работала прекрасно, закупались и готовили сами. Мигрос в 600 метрах, пляж за ним. Тихо,спокойно,как на даче. Остановка также в 600 м, долмуши в Фетхие ходят часто. За 15 минут довозят до центра, рынка или автовокзала. Оттуда автобус за полчаса отвозит в Олюдениз. От апарта полчаса пешком по набережной в сторону центра есть прекрасный парк Фатих бей, очень красиво там,и детская площадка там отличнейшая, ребёнок вечерами не хотел уходить оттуда. На пляже Чалыш замечательная набережная и очень красивый закат. Спасибо, Бурхан, нам все понравилось. Желаем процветания! Привет вам из Алматы!"

"The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose. The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive. He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad."

"Un buon hotel piccolo sul lato del mare, 1 linea. Nessuna spiaggia, pubblico con letto pagato. L'hotel è per lo più soggiornato da stranieri. Le camere sono pulite, luminose, con buona vista sul mare. L'hotel dispone di un ristorante con buona cucina e servizio. Anche se l'hotel è sulla 1a linea sul pannello, la notte è tranquilla perché il resort Fethyi è lui stesso. La colazione è buona, saturata."

"Прекрасно провели 4 ночи. Отель на первой линии. Море отличное, лежаков хватало всегда. Завтрак отличный, персонал приветливый. Номер на 3 этаже. Лифта нет, багаж носить по лестнице, поэтому у кого проблемы с ногами, учитывайте этот момент. Вернемся еще."
