I've got two words... meager accomodations! Bathroom door was busted. The comforters had burn holes in them. Shower curtain needed changing, a few hairs in the tub, it was not the best. the toilet handle was a bit janky. Overall bad decorum. Wall had marker drawings on it. The room needs a remodel!

They took our money & not allow us to stay in our room because we didn’t have the ID they wanted

The guy was at the front said we could've stayed tonight. Because I made a mistake on the reservation. And would not let us do that. Because we paid ahead of time. The staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

If anyone wants to make a post apocalyptic movie, just make the film at this Red Roof Inn on Dunn Rd. Even the men there, including the staff, will see you struggling with luggage, and they continue on with their day without even attempting to help you.
I left after one hour, once I booked a place in St Charles, MO.

I normally stay in the non smoking rooms but because my brother, who smokes, decided to come stay in the hotel with me. I booked a smoking room. The smoking rooms are terrible. Thats all I have to say.

There was bugs on the ceiling and the shower didn’t work and the walls had stuff all over them and the tv was barely working,but the service was great the rooms needs to be redone better

The only thing that I did not like was not being able to get the bathroom. While being confined to a wheelchair.
