Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Bell staff are great too. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping. Necessary items such as tissue were not replenished.

先説最大的雷：入住的第一晚，半夜睡得正香的時候，一個酒店工作人員突然刷卡闖入房間，被我趕出。後與前台核實是他搞錯了該去送東西的房間。客服經理與安保主管分別道歉並賠償了200美金的酒店內消費額，其實仍不算滿意，但出於不想多吵的心態就沒繼續追究。服務分就是扣在這件事從一開始就不該發生。
除此之外整體體驗其實不錯，酒店設施在美國算得上豪華，房間的海景陽台儘管是斜對海岸但視野依然不錯。絕大多數服務人員態度都非常熱情，並且能準確喊出我的名字。HSKP的表現則相對較差，打掃速度偏慢且不是特別乾淨。

Hotel da mille ed una notte. Camera con Vista mozzafiato sull'Oceano, piscine e servizio spiaggia. Ampi spazi, ben tenuti. Bagni con ripiani di marmo, pulizia top, Doccia grande e ben tenuta . Servizio ristorazione a buffet per la colazione ben rifornita e di tuti i tipi. Grande attenzione ai bambini.

From the moment you step into the lobby you’re transported to paradise. The check in process was top notch, the room superb, grounds immaculate, beautiful beach and service is world class. All our experiences were beyond positive. Special shout out to Melisa and Juliet from the Mediterranean restaurant and Lentz who set us up at the beach. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return.

We wanted something WOW for our anniversary , and the St Regis was perfect ! Bikes are available , the beach is lovely , the view , and the food ! 6:00 pm at the St Regis , and Amilcar was great with recomendations ! The Spice Menu at Atlantikos and the romantic mood at Colameco with Joel's recomendations ! I loved the food

This hotel is beautiful. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. They take your luggage’s and bring them to your room and check in was so easy. The room was beautiful. We had a Imperial Ocean front suite and it was amazing. (I will post pics) We visited the tranquility pool and I believe is adults only. Special shout outs to Richard, Veral and Andrew at the pool who remembered our anniversary and gave us champagne glasses for us to toast. We visited the Colameco Restaurant and the food was delicious. Special shout out to Carlos at the restaurant for also remembering our anniversary and the champagne and dessert and the pics. They make it so special that you don’t want to leave the property. We will definitely come back.
