Nice place, vgery clean, good quality. A little nicy due to poor sound insulation between rooms. And no breakfast.

Very prompt response to guests's questions and needs. Amazing location with walking distance to every sight seeing. Very warm and welcome staffs

This place is now one of our favorite spots to stay when we return to Florence for trips! Such an amazing property! Great rooms, great staff, so clean and tidy, and it’s right in the middle of EVERYTHING! We love this place! Love it! Can’t say enough good things about it in this small space. As a matter of fact, we’re planning a return trip and we’re setting it up around bookings at this location.

This was a great property close to the best shopping areas as well as the major attractions. The only complaint I have is that it is not a bed and breakfast as it states.

Really loved the hospitality, the location, the recommendations given by the staff and their friendliness. The room was simple yet well decorated. I could hear music drift inside from the street below. The wind was also perfect. I had a really good Florence visit thanks to them

We had a wonderful stay at Parione Uno in Florence. We booked a family room, and it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of four. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, we found a delightful routine that made our mornings special. Each day, we walked over the nearby bridge to a charming cafe for express pastries, followed by a visit to a corner shop for fresh fruit. We enjoyed these simple yet delicious breakfasts while sitting on the bridge, creating perfect family moments with my daughters and husband. The room itself was peaceful, providing a much-needed retreat after a day of exploring the city. The coffee machine in the room was a fantastic touch, and having access to filtered water was greatly appreciated. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the location of Parione Uno is truly amazing, right in the heart of Florence. Evenings were magical, as we loved listening to the buskers outside. The opera singers were particularly enchanting, adding a beautiful soundtrack to our nights. The hotel was extremely clean, and you simply cannot find a better location in Florence. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, especially for a family of four. Overall, Parione Uno provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend it for families looking for a serene, centrally located, and cost-effective hotel in Florence.
