È stato tutto veramente ottimo e ci tornerei volentieri

Ottima scelta per posizione e comodità per il parcheggio. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

I camerieri sono gentili, le camere sono ben attrezzate, pulite e l'ambiente circostante è bellissimo. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alle attrazioni, ci si può arrivare a piedi ed è un'esperienza molto soddisfacente.

Va bene, ma non è previsto un orario per il check-in e il check-in costa 19 euro.

Equivale ad un B&B in Cina, il proprietario acquista la villa, la trasforma in camere e la adibisce ad albergo, le strutture ed i servizi sono di gran lunga inferiori a quelli di un albergo. La posizione non è così comoda come l'introduzione. Ci è voluto molto tempo per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria, poi abbiamo semplicemente preso un taxi. Non c'è reception né personale di servizio. L'unica signora vietnamita è Ruoying Ruoxian. Dipende dalla fortuna incontrarla il primo giorno del check-in. Dato che non c'è reception, non possiamo nemmeno chiamare la porta e suonare il campanello all'inizio quando entriamo in villa, alla fine non funziona, loro erano fuori e noi siamo entrati molto passivamente. La camera non è bella come nelle foto, le strutture sono vecchie e lo spazio del bagno è relativamente grande, l'unico punto positivo. La sicurezza della villa è buona, ma quando hai bisogno di aiuto non riceverai alcuna risposta. Tutto sommato, non consiglio davvero di soggiornare qui

Non ho comunicato l'indirizzo specifico e la password del cancello dell'hotel prima del check-in e mi ci è voluto molto tempo per trovarlo. Anche le telefonate sono accanite e la disposizione delle stanze è sbagliata.

Il servizio e le strutture sono molto buoni

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

位置不錯，步行就可以到達很多知名景點，免費早餐也有一些選擇。適合喜歡尋找不一樣住宿體驗的旅行者,房間裏內飾也很獨特。

Struttura molto bella e funzionale, personale gentilissimo, in posizione ottimale per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Firenze. Quartiere elegante, struttura posizionata appena all'interno della zona a traffico limitato, consigliata!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte alla Villa Tortorelli, ottima soluzione, camera accogliente e molto pulita. Personale accogliente e disponibile, colazione abbondante e buona. Fantastica la terrazza dalla quale si può scorgere la Cupola del Brunelleschi.

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico, le camere pulite e accoglienti e ben climatizzate. Bellissima la terrazza e interessante la piscina che proveremo nella prossima visita. Comoda la possibilità di depositare i bagagli gratuitamente e il check in automatico con serrature elettroniche.
