Very beautiful country house "Il Casolarino", semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 8 km from the centre of Certaldo, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, 18.03.-28.10.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). 800 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, railway station "Certaldo" 8 km. Tennis 8 km, riding stable 5 km. Pool towels available (included). 4-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor.
