La stanza è grande e il sistema di ventilazione è buono. L'host è molto disponibile e ti spiegherà passo dopo passo come accedere all'edificio tramite telefono. Puoi anche contattarla tramite WhatsApp. Nel complesso è buono per la sua posizione, poiché si trova nel centro della città con una distanza percorribile a piedi da ristoranti e stazione ferroviaria. Tuttavia, se hai paura del caldo, la stanza non è adatta a te perché non hanno l'aria condizionata. Ma ci sono due ventilatori nella stanza, il che va bene anche per noi dato che c'è vento. È un appartamento con bagno in comune, ma nel complesso il bagno è pulito perché due stanze condividono un bagno, il che va bene. Puliscono il bagno ogni mattina, quindi nel complesso non è male!

La verità è che non ha nulla a che fare con le foto che mostra e con le strutture, in nessun momento viene chiarito che il bagno è in comune. Potrebbero mettere un altro sistema per quando le persone vogliono entrare nella stanza! Per il prezzo che ha, ci sono sicuramente molte altre e condizioni migliori.

Era molto difficile entrare, non c'era la reception, ed era scritto chiaramente che la reception parlava francese, ma lei non lo parlava, e il bagno era condiviso e non c'era modo di lavarsi le mani in bagno. camera, il che era molto scomodo, ma fortunatamente la camera era pulita.

Из комнаты мусор не выносили вообще. 5. В комнате не было ни холодильника, ни чайника. Лучше выбрать отель подальше, но с удобствами и будет дешевле. И будет отель, а не общежитие

comodo alla stazione ferroviaria, circa 5 min a piedi. Camera pulita e ordinata, come pure il bagno che viene condiviso con un altra stanza. Asciugamani morbidi e servizio puntuale. Check in o line rapido che ti fa risparmiare tempo. Host disponibile e genilissima!

Host was courteous and very hospitable. Place felt like home away from home. Pristine clean and exactly as described in photos. It was really Very spacious and lot of storage space available. I recommend this property to every traveller travelling to Florence.

The room was nice but we found it confusing to get into the building with multiple keys and codes. Location was perfect for the train station but was far from everything else. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The room was nice but bathroom was okay.

he bad was very small for the two of us. The radiator was broken in the room and upon complaining it was told that it runs on automatically if the temperature drops drastically, however the radiator in the hallway was running. There was no proper room service also.

Great hotel! This hotel doesn’t have many reviews however we really enjoyed staying here. It’s a great location, ten minutes walk from the train station and just a short walk to the centre of Florence. It’s local, the room was quiet and really clean bedroom/ toilet. Easy check in too.

I stayed at Homelink- The key Florence just round the corner. I sent multiple emails that got unanswered. They charged me twice for the stay. I prepaid 2 days before my stay and then they took the money again this time out of my bank account just as we were arriving into the building. Notified them and she said it was down to lack of communication,she wasn’t aware that I had already paid. Her tone over msg was rude when dealing with it and sadly her English is very poor,so that didn’t make the process of being paid back easy. Awful mattress and shower,stains over walls. The building is pitch black when entering which isn’t ideal. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and I wouldn’t recommend it either.
