If possible I would have given them 0 stars. All I ask of a hotel is that it is safe, quiet and clean. This hotel failed on 2 out of 3 of those. Even when we checked in no one mentioned that construction was going on. We were asked if we wanted to be on the first floor and we said no but no explanation that the third floor was under construction and it was really noisy with hammering, sawing and drilling. The rugs were dirty with flecks of refuse on them and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a really long time. People working there were either clueless or surly. Please stay somewhere else.

Under renovation seemed like our room was renovated but not the bathroom,was ok. Disappointing that they don’t offer free breakfast. Comfortable bed, tv challenging at first. Would have liked a king bed that we requested but were given 2 queens. Didn’t complain so that’s on us.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed our time there. The room was nice, staff friendly. Only downside was the adult beverages were very expensive.

I booked a room with them and I was in a position had to change rooms due to cleanliness. The room they put me in it was mold everywhere and the room smelled horrible the room smelled like an ash tray and clearly I booked a non smoking room and the sheets and bed spread was filthy, oven not working and also intercom not functioning so every time have to come down. Because of the time i was too tired to not entertain and book another room. The manager at that time said they were going to give me a refund. I told the clerk and she told me the housekeeping crew was gone so they gave me a new mate and sheets. This process took two hours to settle down. This was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. During checkout time they told me that in order to get a refund I had to go through ******* and ******* has to call them in order to get my refund(Giving me a round around).The entire stay was horrible. If i could give them a zero I would.

Rob in the bistro was amazing. He makes this place great. Customer Service was good. My room however-The first one smelled funky and was dirty. The second had a strong perfume smell and a little dingy with stains everywhere. The people above us were loud for hours. We ended up calling and asking if the front desk would say something in which they handled it.

Staff is always a plus. Staff was very courteous and kind. Gym, pool, bistro, lobby, everything, everywhere was spotless. The beds were comfortable, amazing! Glad we chose our stay here...

Very disappointing and very expensive. the room was seedy with stained carpet, drapes off the rod, stains and holes in couch. Furniture worn out and not clean. Bathroom so tiny, door was difficult to close once you got in. Overall not a good experience. Grounds were nice and adjacent park was pretty.

The staff was very nice. However, the hotel needs a serious upgrade. I feel bad for anyone who has to work at this hotel because I’m sure the feedback is consistently bad. The room smelled horribly of dog. We had to leave the sliding glass door open just to sleep. There is signage indicating .It’s being upgraded . Reading other reviews it says it’s being upgraded also but there’s no evidence of this actually happening.

This hotel is another example of poor quality control by Marriott. I stayed here in November 2023 passing through on an overnight I-95 trip, so the best I can say is it is close to the highway. However, here are the issues I encountered: 1. The carpets were badly stained. 2. There was no wifi the night of my stay except for the lobby. 3. There is a bistro in the lobby, but no complimentary coffee. However, the bistro’s coffee machine was broken, and therefore, there was no coffee available, so I had to cross the street to grab a coffee at the Hilton Garden Inn. I thought the staff should have catered some coffee to respond to the issue. 4. The manager’s business card was not available upon request from the staff. They provided me with an email address, but my message received no response.
