I would recommend staying here because the rooms are cleaning the staff is courteous it's quiet and there wasn't any trouble plus I love coffee and they always have coffee made. It's also in a very convenient location

Ho soggiornato in questa posizione molte volte. Il personale è sempre amichevole, mi conoscono per nome. Di solito riesco a controllare in anticipo. The room and hotel was great. I don’t like that you do have to pay.$20 per day for parking or you will need to use the city parking but you can’t park over night as city parking expires at midnight. The location has no pool but has a nice roof top. Drinks were pretty reasonable. Over all it was nice.

My daughter and her 4 year old granddaughter were making their first round trip alone from Cincinnati to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula this summer. She wanted to break the trip into two easy days and as an experienced traveler and TripAdvisor member, I offered to find a hotel for her at about halfway in the trip. Based on the information and photos on the hotel’s own website, I booked two nights for her at the Quality Inn & Suites Airport in Flint, MI. The website mentions free hot breakfast and a spacious heated indoor pool among the amenities and reasons to stay there. The website’s official photos show a very well-stocked and inviting breakfast area and a beautiful swimming pool. Those were my two biggest reasons for selecting this hotel for her, and she liked the looks of it. After several hours in the car on a hot August day, they were looking forward to a dip in the pool. That was the first big disappointment. The pool is closed and unusable, and furthermore, hasn’t been used in a long time. Whether it will ever be repaired and usable again is unknown. The next big disappointment came at breakfast the next morning. The free hot breakfast is waffles. That’s all, just waffles. Nothing else was available. While this does fulfill the promise of a hot breakfast, it doesn’t square with the photos of a very well-stocked and inviting breakfast area. There were non-working empty apple and orange juice dispensers, too. They went to McDonald's for breakfast. Needless to say, the next time my daughter makes this trip, she’ll be staying somewhere else. On the positive side, the front desk clerks were pleasant, and the hotel, room, and bathroom were clean and there were no unpleasant smells. The mattress had seen better days and was dished in the middle, and the 4 year old complained that it was uncomfortable. The whole place seemed tired and needs a major refreshing. Otherwise, it’s another once-nice hotel on the way down. If you stop overnight in Flint, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! My rating of the hotel is 2 stars, the same as its class rating. My daughter read this review and is in complete agreement with it.

Mi sono divertito.La stanza era bella e pulita.Il personale è sempre un posto molto bello. Lava e asciuga se hai bisogno di lavarti il ristorante vicino alla stanza, quindi non devi andare lontano, io resterei di nuovo

Quando sono arrivato all'hotel, sono stato colpito dai cantieri in tutto il parcheggio. Sembrava più un motel a noleggio basso. Quando sono arrivato nella mia stanza ho visto il piccolo e vecchio frigo. Il frigo era importante per me perché viaggiavo con il mio cibo perché ho bisogno di un'alimentazione unica, pagavo per una stanza con un frigo, i mattoni erano intagliati in diversi posti, e la doccia non svanì. La mattina, il mio cibo era sprecato perché il frigo non funzionava; ho parlato con il divano e mi hanno dato un po' di corsa e poi mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero riportato indietro. Alla fine del giorno in cui sono tornato dalla mia attività, non c'era nessun servizio di cameriera nella mia stanza, e c'era un orribile odore di cibo sprecato nel frigo. Ho dovuto anche organizzare da sola per essere consegnata da 50 miglia, così non avrei fame. Ho chiesto al divano di tornare a casa mia, e mi hanno detto che qualcuno sarebbe tornato a casa mia, mentre mi hanno offerto dei sacchi piccoli, e mi hanno puntato ad un portabagagli già pieno nel lobby dell’hotel.
