酒店還算比較乾淨，由於是要參加奧爾良的羽毛球進級比賽，酒店第一晚給了一張大床房，好在通過攜程客服人員的溝通，酒店第二天重新鋪了兩張單人床，第二天退房是週日，也沒人員打掃，酒店同意延長到19點退房，鑰匙放在前台的信箱裏

Je voyage beaucoup et fréquente souvent des hôtels.
Je ne donne généralement pas mon avis mais, là, il me semble nécessaire de faire part de ma déception. L'établissement ne mérite certainement plus ses 3 étoiles. Aucun confort dans la chambre (2 lits simples mis côte à côte vendus pour un lit double, matelas dur, une table mais aucune chaise, radiateur qui chauffe peu...), des équipements vétustes (mobilier de salle de bain en mauvais état, bar de seuil dangereuse lorsque l'on marche pieds nus). Pire que tout : une fenêtre qui ferme mal et donne sur une route très passante. Impossible de dormir a cause du bruit. Intolérable pour une chambre à 83€ la nuit. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement.

Petit déjeuner radin si on se leve a 8 heure il ne reste que des croissant enveloppe le prix est le meme pour tout le mondela prochaine fois s irai a la boulangerie chercher mes croissant

A little disappointed with our stay. To begin with, we couldn’t get into our room! As we were checking in outside of reception hours we were emailed access codes only to find that upon arrival the access codes had expired and we could not access our room. Luckily however when someone exited the building we were able to wait in the reception area while we worked out what to do to avoid the pouring rain. I asked a lady who was entering the building if she knew the access codes. She did not but pointed me towards a number to call outside reception hours. Without her help we wouldn’t have seen this number as it was tiny and not well signed. After getting into the room we found the blinds broken, being stuck down and unable to be lifted up to let in the light.

As a couple, we wanted value for money, within 15 mins walk from the train station and transport hub with a kitchenette. This was provided.

10 minutes walk from Gare de Orleans and centre of town. Comfortable and clean. TV had only French channels. Apart hotel, so facilities to cook and eat there in the room. Very hot water in the bathroom. Quiet area.
