Hotel a Fitzroy

"酒店好靚設計，家具好喜歡，又乾淨企理。部份酒店用品喜歡的可以買走。位置屬於free tram zone 外，坐tram去CBD地區需要車費，但其實使用Uber都十分方便。天台逢星期五晚酒店有活動，就算冇活動日子夜晚對住火爐，睇星星都好正！！ 平日比較冷清，週六日就十分熱鬧，酒店樓下及對面停車場有活動，可以行下Market同飲咖啡 :)"

"Mia figlia e io avevamo un appartamento a due camere da letto con un piano completamente separato per la zona di soggiorno. Così tanto spazio e molto comodi camere e bagno. Usavamo la piscina poche volte che era meravigliosa e pulita. Molte linee tram erano a metri di distanza e siamo stati così vicini sia alla città che a Fitzroy, che era perfetto, potevamo facilmente tornare per un riposo tra le attività. Il dipartimento frontale è stato utile quando abbiamo bisogno di consigli e stavano accantonando per immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio dopo aver controllato. L’unico negativo sarebbe l’installazione di meccanismi di chiusura soft su alcune porte, e c’era uno che ha creato un bastone così incredibilmente alto che mi ha fatto saltare ogni volta e mi ha svegliato poche volte."

"Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it."

"La struttura è molto attraente, la camera è molto attraente, la camera è molto attraente, la camera è pulita e la zona è molto attraente, anche se c'è una camera da bagno condivisa. Avendo un fan che dà solo aria fresca, in stagione invernale, non ha senso. Grazie! Grande esperienza! Non raccomandato se hai una macchina. Ho dovuto pagare 15$ in più per il parcheggio."

"Il manager era molto carino, le camere dell'hotel sono situate al 2/F ma è disposto ad aiutare con il trasporto del bagaglio anche senza richiesta. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, solo 20-30 min al centro di Melbourne (un tram solo dopo aver ricevuto il Skybus dall'aeroporto anche). supermercato, ristorante, caffè, gelati negozio intorno. Clean, grande camera, bel bagno e riposo, buona cucina, bel lavanderia. Molto consiglia quell'hotel, certamente la mia scelta prioritaria se torno a Melbourne. L'unico lato cattivo è la stanza a 2/F che si deve portare le vostre cose in alto e in basso se si acquista molte cose. E guardate soprattutto in un giorno piovoso come è una scala di metallo."

"L'iscrizione era regolare e graziosa, anche se eravamo in anticipo. La stanza è ben attrezzata con cucina e lavastoviglie. Vai al livello 6 per una buona vista della città.  Situazione conveniente! L'hotel è nella zona di Fitzroy. Passeggiate dall'ingresso, girate a sinistra e a sinistra vi porterà a una strada occupata con cibi e supermercati. Ci è un fermo di bus per il bus 86 che vi porterà nel cuore della città in 20 minuti."

"The hotel is clean and great location. It's principles are great- communal cooking area and available hydroponic herbs, recycled 'who give s a crap' toilet paper, free coffee in foyer, etc. But it's qualities stop there. The room was small, pokey, didn't have an openable window so no fresh air, the bathroom shower wet all the bathroom floor - unavoidable; the sink was too small to get washed in, and there was no option to have the bed made or linen/towels changed. As an expensive backpacker hostel maybe its ok, as a hotel it just doesn't provide the room you need."
