Hotel a 3 stelle a Fishkill

This is a truly wonderful place to stay for someone who uses a wheelchair. We got a handicap accessible room with a fabulous shower that was very accessible. The room itself had nice wide, maneuverable spaces. We were delighted by the indoor pool, which has an easy-to-operate lift and lovely warm water. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be returning!

Liza è fantastica!! La mia famiglia e io abbiamo prenotato due camere al giardino. Arrivata da Liza e trattata con il servizio clienti di prima classe. Wow! Lei è la migliore, grazie per essere un membro di vita di titanio elite. Inoltre, ha lavorato molto duramente per trovarci una stanza adiacente. Questo tipo di servizio al cliente non sembra più esistere. Quando incontro qualcuno con questo livello di servizio al cliente e professionalismo, si dovrebbe certamente riconoscere. Liza merita un sollevamento e una promozione. La proprietà è fredda. Quiete, pulite e in una grande zona. Vicino ai ristoranti e una rapida guida ai luoghi divertenti dei bambini. At the moment, this is the best hotel in Fishkill. I've stayed in every single one of them, since I go there regularly. It's very clean and new, with nice decor. I was really surprised by the size of the room - we got a regular King room and it had a large kitchen, living area, desk, and bedroom area. The desk was really large, the sofa was a sectional, and the kitchen had a breakfast bar with two seats in it. We had so much more room than we are used to. It was really comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The only negatives were uncomfortable pillows, and the fact that the temperature in the room was too high. Even with the heat off, it was still 71, which is a little too warm for me at night. The window would not open (we were on the first floor). Also, beware that on the first floor you can hear some noise from above, including showers and walking, although I found a white noise app was enough to drown that out. Breakfast was typical, but about as good as a breakfast buffet gets. I'd definitely go back here, especially since it was so much more comfortable than the surrounding hotels, most of which have gotten old and failed to replace things like worn-out mattresses.

Came on a bus trip to visit several sites in the Hudson Valley. Had a prior meeting with Asst. General Manager LEAH NEWTON to work out details. She was terrific and we communicated before the trip.I booked 58 rooms for a 2 night stay Our group was not disappointed. The hotel was wonderful, extremely clean and well kept, staff was excellent. Breakfast is included in the room cost. Nothing ”gourmet” but very good overall. Nothing but compliments from our entire group!

Il personale del servizio di cibo nella zona del colazione ha un buon lavoro. Tuttavia, abbiamo prenotato una suite con un letto da divano e l’unico letto fornito era un conforto a rotelle, senza piastrelle, senza fogli o confezioni.Grazie a Dio abbiamo avuto un sacchetto da dormire per il nostro 9 anni. Il doccia ha una metà partizione invece di una porta piena e deve essere più ampia perché l'acqua spara in tutto il pavimento. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti ma non abbiamo ricevuto il servizio di custodia, che abbiamo bisogno perché c'è solo 1 piccolo bar per asciugare i bianchi bagnati e nessun posto per appendere i bianchi bagnati per asciugare. c'è solo 1 ascensore, quindi l'attesa era spesso lunga. L'hotel ha bisogno di più cartoline per bagagli. Abbiamo aspettato un'ora nel lobby per un carro e non ne abbiamo mai avuto uno perché gli ospiti brutti hanno tenuto le carrozze invece di rientrare immediatamente nel lobby.

Molto buona esperienza di soggiorno, comodo trasporto, spaziosa camera luminosa, pulita igiene e confortevole alloggio.
