It is suitable for an idividual or a couple seeking a comfortable base from which to explore the wonders of the Cape. There is easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and public ransport. Hikers can explore the Elsiespeak mountain above the house or one of the other trails within the Table Mountain National Park. The unit is on two levels, with the sunny living area and sea view balcony on top and the bedroom and bathroom below. The kitchenette is modern and equipped with new appliances including an induction hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and under-counter fridge. There is ample parking available on the road near the entrance with a staircase to the unit.
