Hotel a Ferragudo, Portogallo

THE NICEST HOTEL EVER!! I HAVE NO FAULTS AT ALL- IT WAS ALL PERFECT When I arrived I had no luggage due to it going missing at the airport and I wasn’t able to communicate at the airport as the language barrier. When I checked in I explained about my luggage they told me to enjoy my day and reassured me that they will help me get my luggage back the staff were so helpful and I felt reassured right away. The staff were so friendly and thoughtful they explained about the hotel what time breakfast was ect, we immediately felt so welcome. The room was as advertised it was massive and the bathroom was lovely there were coffee making facilities ect everything we needed for the perfect stay. The living area was so spacious with 2 sofas and the balcony with big too, the view was stunning everything I wanted and more you won’t be disappointed. The pool was really big and there was also a smaller pool if you wanted more a private swim with i children, plenty of sun loungers aswel and a really nice shop on site with everything in. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, they had lots of options for food and drink, we had breakfast included and the breakfast buffet was amazing with space indoors or outdoors to sit you can help yourself to anything there was such a verity. The dinners were amazing and loads to choose from on the menu the bar was always open and there was also such a verity of drinks with a standard price - the cocktails are lovely. The bar staff are lovely and so polite they make things as perfect as possible and are always checking in on you. All in all for the money payed for a week stay breakfast included there was no faults to pick at all we had a brilliant time and will be returning next year for sure, I’ve stayed a few places in Ferragudo but this was by far one of the best places, it’s in a great location with lots of restaurants,bars, shops ect on the square just a short walk from the hotel everything you need in just a short walk absolutely amazing, so if you want to venture out for a change you can with so many options. Absolutely perfect stay and I can not wait to return.

I would use one word to describe this hotel -Paradise. We came as guests and the staff treated us so well, we left as friends. We had our wedding at the Bricia Du Mar and it was prefect. The location for a wedding is what we dreamed of. The hotel is low rise and like a little village with beautiful rooms and a stunning pool area. There is a fantastic gym and spa also. What Raquel, Pedro and everyone else did to help us was above and beyond what you would expect from a hotel. They say they are not wedding planners but what they did to help us arrange our wedding was incredible. This a family run hotel and you can see the care and attention they have to make the hotel a success as it is quite new. Everything is spotlessly clean and such a calming wonderful environment. Our wedding went without a hitch and the attention to detail was incredible. All the staff at our wedding were genuinely happy to be there from the chefs to the bar staff and waiters who couldn’t do enough for us. Benvenuto. Solo un piccolo bemol, su Trip avevamo riversato un appartamento di 50m2 quadrato, ma una volta arrivato all’hotel ci siamo trovati in una camera semplice. Diciamo che il fatto di’ avere una piscina privata per le camere semplici a compensare questo disagio. Altrimenti un hotel magnifico con un ambiente meraviglioso.

Mia moglie e io siamo rimasti qui la notte del nostro matrimonio e la notte successiva - avevamo sempre voluto restare qui, perché sappiamo bene la zona e non siamo stati delusi. Abbiamo detto che ci sposiamo, e il personale aveva decorato la nostra stanza con fiori e ci aveva lasciato una bottiglia di champagne fredda, che era un bel toccamento. La nostra stanza era sorprendente, una grande terrazza con una splendida vista sul mare e la stanza stessa aveva una splendida luce elettronica che significava che potreste vedere le stelle quando dormivano a letto di notte. Il colazione era anche fantastico, il cibo era delizioso e il personale era estremamente amichevole e utile, dispiaciuto di ottenere tutto quello che volevamo (e abbiamo visto che trattavano tutti gli ospiti in modo brillante). L'hotel dispone di una splendida piscina infinita che guarda il mare e è molto rilassante. Amiamo il nostro soggiorno, è stato il modo perfetto di iniziare il nostro matrimonio. Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

Hotel eccellente e servizio eccellente. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole, soprattutto il personale del ristorante. Sempre sorridendo sui loro volti. Un hotel e un'atmosfera molto rilassante. Il bar era rilassante e pulito come la piscina. In generale, è un hotel molto bello.

Una veramente grande esperienza!! La camera era comoda e la manutenzione casa eccellente. Ben posizionata con vista sulla Marina. L'accento di ogni mattina del mio 5 notti soggiorno è stato il colazione. Fantastica scelta e tutto bene cotto e presentato. Il personale, in particolare i formatori, erano sempre amichevoli e obbligatori. Non potevo fare nulla di male sul colazione. La situazione dell'hotel era ideale per me, ma forse non poteva essere adatta a tutti come si trovava fuori dalla città. La spiaggia era ben accanto all'hotel e anche fuori stagione c'erano diversi ristoranti vicino a lui. Tutti i membri del personale, i receptionisti, il personale del ristorante e il mantenimento della casa erano eccellenti, mi hanno sempre salutato con un sorriso e molto utile.

Assolutamente bella. Questo è l'unico modo che posso descriverlo. Prende il mio ragazzo lì come regalo di compleanno. Personale assolutamente carino, così utile e così autentico. Le camere sono magnifiche, abbiamo avuto una vista direttamente sul bar/pool fuori. Se la nostra stanza fosse pulita ogni giorno senza spot, non sarebbe stato male dire, anche il prezzo è affidabile.Se il personale ci avesse informato quando arrivava il nostro suffolo.Tutto era a posto. Non posso dire che l'unica foto che ho avuto è stata vista perché era buio, ma immagina quella vista quando era luminoso e soleggiato fuori.
