Liam è stato molto gentile e bellissimo sono stato molto bene e mi è sembrato di sentirmi a casa ci tornerò sicuramente non vedo l ora di tornare resteremo ancora un altra notte è stata un esperienza indimenticabile la gentilezza del personale e la grande accoglienza in un posto dove hai tutto a portata di mano

Just stayed for a night and Tobey couldn’t have been more welcoming. He helped me find shops that were open in the local area and was just a genuine nice man. I would definitely stay here again just for this. Also the room was lovely very clean and the bed was very comfortable

Although the restaurant was half full, they reserved a table for us an hour later. We had to wait for an hour to eat after a long road trip. The check in process was slow. We had to make the reservation online, although we were in front of the reception.

Stayed here for one night Sophie took our food and drinks menu and was very friendly and professional. She was receiving unwarranted abuse from two male customers but remained professional throughout. Sophie is a true asset to the company. Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable. The receptionist Tobey was professional and extremely helpful and the Chef Aylinn delivered hot and satisfying food. A bath in the bathroom!! Such a luxury. Bed was so very comfortable an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Good job all round. We will be back. Kathy and Andrew Q

We stay here every two weeks due to medical treatment our daughter is currently having. Good location and staff always friendly. We have a long drive here each time and this particular time we were greated with a lovely treat in our room. Small bottle of wine for us adults and sweets for the kids. Lovely touch and another reason why we choose to stay here each time.

The beds in the accessible room are too low, couldn't get off it without alot of help (wheelchair user). The mattress was too soft. There was plenty of space to one side of the bed. Grab rails in the wrong place in the shower and couldn't get my knees under the sink. No turning circle for a wheelchair user in front of the mirror (too high) and hairdryer. There was an emergency call bell by the bed. It was very noisy in the morning. Full Breakfast enjoyed. Cannot use Premier Inn again because of the problems with the bed height

Not a great stay. When we arrived we were allocated a room and then on entering somebody was already in the room. Not good at all and immediately raised concerns over security etc. We were staying in a premium plus room - the ultimate wifi which should be included went off the 2nd day and neither of the codes provided worked, the duvet cover had holes in it, only a set of towels for one, and the door key deactivated half way through our stay! So a poor experience. However the worst part was breakfast, which we decided to have on the last day. The areas where unclean, the stack of plates by the hot plates were dirty, had to remove many of them before a clean plate could be found. This really questioned the cleanliness of the rest of the kitchen area. We have stayed in Premier Inn on a number of occasions/ locations and this was the worst by far and this experience has put doubts as to whether we would stay in one again.

A basic prem inn that is a bit tired. Staff worked hard and were friendly, Room was on the smaller side for a family room with no room to walk between the beds and mattress on the floor. Great breakfast. Free parking. Close to the parts of the New Forest that we wanted to see

We came here with the two kids for half term to visit family. The room was great and the Ned’s so comfy. Everything was clean and plenty of tea and coffee to restock in the reception area. Check in was nice and easy and we were greeted by a friendly face. We also had a lovely note and some wine for us and sweets for the children in the room on arrival. We dined in our first night with the kids eating free which is always good to save money. The food was fantastic and the lady serving was extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning well there was so much that I think we all over filled ourselves. We will definitely be back when visiting again thank you premier inn
