Supreme, sublime and stunning. We consider ourselves most fortunate to have found and stayed at La Ferme du Chateau - a boutique château or grand Lodge. Although renovated several years ago, internally and externally, it has the look of being refurbished very recently. All amenities are modern, efficient and capacious. The warmth inside the château is surpassed by the warmth of the welcome and hospitality. Madame la Hotesse was superb in ensuring everything was perfect for our visit, especially the continental breakfast with eggs to your taste. This is 5* quality in a wonderful area.

We were there with friends and had a great time. The castle is in good condition. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The car was allowed to stay in the yard, just like the horses used to. A good place to explore the Champagne region.

Spent one night and the accommodations exceeded my expectations. Whomever had redesigned and updated thr property has done a remarkable job. The place is just classy without being ostentatious. Love the the buildings and lay out. The breakfast was very good. The staff / owner were very pleasant. Only a couple of things to consider. 1. The chateau is in the Champagne region, maybe a bit of champagne for breakfast would be nice, just charge a couple extra euros for breakfast. It would take a good breakfast to great. 2. A kettle in the room for tea or coffee service would be nice. The only other issue was the none stop barking of dogs. To be fair, it is a farm so kind.of have to assume there is going to be animal sounds and think if it were not summer and the windows open you wouldn't hear it. It is not far off the motorway ( toll way) so no issues getting in and out. There are champagne houses within 10 min drive. Good stay, would recommend.

A wonderful place to lay your head as you explore the Champagne region of France. The rooms are well appointed and the hosts are friendly. We stayed a couple of nights and made new friends as we sat at the table in the courtyard. The hosts allow use of the kitchen and fridge which makes enjoying the local produce easy - they just ask you wash up after. The Falcon nest in the tower is a pleasant surprise although the cockerel over the road is not so welcome in the early morning - we just closed the window and went back to sleep. We will return when we revisit the region - the work the owners are doing on a pool? may have been completed by then

Stayed for 8 nights during August. The owner Nicolas and onsite host Delphine made us both feel very welcome. The location is amazing in a small hamlet, the building historic and family owned, the room was magnificent and breakfast worth attending each morning. No noisy children, just grown ups. Travelled to various locations using Anthenay as our base. You can eat on an outside table which makes for great alfresco dining (after a supermarket shop with wine) when local restaurants become a little too repetitive. We will be back in March 2023 - see you then

Alles was perfekt.. vriendelijkheid van Nicolas en personeel, alsook het prachtig gebouw binnen en buiten. Alles zeer warm en stijlvol gedecoreerd. Het was al thuiskomen. Ontbijt ook prima. Ik kan het aan iedereen aanbevelen Zeker de moeite waard.

Te gast zijn bij Nicolas & zijn team is een bijzondere ervaring. Mijn vrouw en ik zijn als professioneel fotograaf en stylist veel gewend en raden juist daardoor iedereen aan eens te logeren in dit stijlvol & kunstzinnig ingerichte kasteel. Op verzoek ontvingen we tips voor goede restaurants in de directe omgeving. Perfecte bedden zorgen voor een goede nachtrust, kortom .. the perfect hideaway of de ideale tussenstop. Wij komen zeker terug !

Rien à dire tout était parfait ! chambre spacieuse, lit d'1.80 m, belle et grande salle de bain. Superbe établissement rénové avec goût. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner assez limité. Service impeccable !!! A recommander

Nous avons séjourné avec bonheur trois nuits à la ferme du château. Depuis l accueil de l hôte et jusqu’aux moindres détails tout était parfait ! La rénovation a été faite avec goût tout en respectant l âme des lieux. La literie est confortable, le petit déjeuner délicieux et le service attentif. La campagne aux alentours est très jolie et nous avons profité de la proximité de nombreux producteurs de champagne, Epernay et Reims ne sont pas loin. A conseiller absolument
