Boss is friendly, sent us to the train station. The hotel is only a little away from the main area, well worth the value. Cleanliness for the room designated was okay, but some areas in the room require a little more care… The view from the room is very nice.

Reasonable price with beautiful view. The environment is great. I can enjoy the view of Tuo river and bridge from balcony in my room without noise because the hotel is located quite the border but not far from the main attraction (walking distance 4-5 mins). So I can easily enjoy walking back and forth from hotel to see both daytime and night time of Fenghuang ancient town. The hotel owner is very nice and helpful. He helped send me to the train station in the early morning. Will definitely come back again next time.

和媽媽一起來的 去年就路過鳳凰古城 衹玩了白天 遺憾沒有看到夜景 這次去雲南自駕遊了一個月 回程路上順路來看一次夜景 這家絕對是最經濟實用的江景房 老闆非常熱情 還主動給我們免費升級了房間 晚上睡得很舒服 比較安靜 我一覺睡到中午 還晚了一小時退房 鳳凰古城的夜景真是太美了 很適合趁淡季時候多來住幾天 這次時間比較趕 明年安排多待幾天

訂了標間 老闆人很好給我們升了大床房 有接站的服務和免費體驗一次苗族服裝 但因為太晚了十點過後就不能體驗了 希望下次再來可以體驗成功 最愛的是空調是一體機 非常制熱 外面很大風還下着冰雹，屋裡非常温暖！ 也有一次性的浴巾 走的時候老闆還幫忙叫車 就是40元有點貴哈哈哈哈。⸝⸝ ᷇࿀整體來説很滿意。🈵

這次入住真的讓我感受到了“賓至如歸”！從進門開始就充滿驚喜——房間佈置得温馨又有格調，每一個細節都能看出房東的用心。床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到自然醒；浴室乾淨明亮，洗漱用品齊全，連吹風機都是品牌款！
老闆超級貼心，提前溝通了入住指南，還推薦了周邊超讚的餐廳和景點（試了推薦的本地小吃，果然沒踩雷！）。老闆還自己開車到高鐵站接我們到酒店。位置也很方便，就在鳳凰古城河邊，景色很美，樓下就是老闆自己開的便利店、還要洗腳按摩的店，走路累了可以直接在一樓泡腳和按摩。
還贈送的有免費民族服裝，衣服都很新，他們攝影師的技術很好，化粧師畫的很好看。
最感動的是離店那天突然下雨，房東主動借傘給我們，還幫忙叫了車。這種温暖的服務真的讓人難忘！如果再來這個城市，一定會毫不猶豫選擇這裏～
