Gli asciugamani non erano puliti e l'acqua nella doccia era calda e fredda, quindi non era molto comodo fare la doccia. L'ambiente è molto buono e molto vicino alla città antica, tuttavia la lavatrice qui deve essere sostituita, il che è del tutto inaccettabile. C'erano solo due macchine ed entrambe sono state sostituite. Anche la posizione della lavanderia è in un luogo relativamente remoto. Personalmente penso che sia un po' spaventoso

Short walk from Rainbow Bridge, and along the way there are plenty of eateries. Bus to railway station is just in front of the hotel. Overall it is a very convenient location to stay. Room is clean and big. Bed is very firm and comfortable. Shower room is on the other side away from the basin and toilet and there are no hooks for the towels. Breakfast is buffet style with simple spread.

Excellent Guesthouse, in a great location. Excellent, clean room and bathroom, with great shower. Owners really friendly and offered free drop 9ff and pick up to the valley. Lots of restaurants and a few shops within a couple of minute's walk. Would definitely recommend. Thsmks for a great stay! 😊

Good locality, right beside the high speed railway station shuttle bus terminal.The front desk lady is very helpful. The buffet breakfast is good.

The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. It is about 5 min - 10 mins walk to the tourist spot. It is also very close to the bus station and the bus brings you directly to the railway station.

Good location if you want to be near the ancient town, but in a quiet spot. The main bus stop is right outside the hotel and the ancient town is about a two minute walk. Room is large and modern and bed is comfortable. You won't have much of a view on the backside of the hotel, and the front is likely to be a bit noisy with the bus stop during the day and the Aunties dancing in the square in the evening. It was nice that they gave a parting gift of local delicacies when we checked out. A few improvements needed: 1. Hooks, or hanging racks, for towels at the shower and the sink. There is no way to dry a towel after a shower. 2. Wash cloth. For a nice hotel, a wash cloth (or face cloth) should be provided. They are not expensive. 3. The water in the shower will be affected by the toilet flushing and the sink faucet. It will get very hot. Quite a surprise given that this is a new hotel. 4. Car service, especially to the train station. We asked the front desk to call us a taxi. Their response was to walk us to the main road, which is likely 300 to 400 metres. Not ideal with two suitcases and several bags of merchandise. It also took some time to get a taxi, which made us start to worry that we might not arrive in time for our train. Note that when you arrive at the drop off are for the train station, it is quite a long walk across a square to the station itself. Be sure to leave an extra 5 minutes for this. 5. Communication. When communicating with the hotel prior to arrival, we asked for a room on the top floor, which is the 5th floor. We were assured this would be arranged. However, on arriving at the hotel, we were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor. We mentioned the earlier conversation and were initially told there were no rooms available on the 5th floor. It wasn't until another attendant arrived, and seemed to check a chat history on the computer, that we were given a room on the 5th floor. 6. Sound insulation. While the room is quiet, the noise from the hallway can be easily heard due to poor insulation around the doors. All in all a good stay but some improvements needed.

Good location, the hotel accros bus shelter to go to railway station. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, and the check - in process was fast. The breakfast was splendid, there are plenty food and beverages provided. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

強烈推薦！酒店離接駁車停車場非常近，下車就是酒店！省去了要拉行李到鳳凰古城門口的麻煩。鳳凰古城裡麪的路比較崎嶇，拖行李箱也很不方便，住在停車場附近是很明智的選擇。最驚喜的是酒店贈送了自助早餐，特別暖心。早餐種類也很豐富，吃的很開心。這次來鳳凰古城最滿意的就是這個酒店！！！很幸運做出的選擇，讓這次旅途很愉快，要不然不知道要多做多少無用功。

入住體驗非常好，有問題都能及時解決，特別感謝店家幫助我們一大早送我們及時趕到火車站，沒有耽誤行程，特別貼心！下次還來選擇這家酒店！強烈推薦！

酒店位置，交通房間設施齊全，早餐豐盛，周邊環境優美，衞生乾淨，前台服務周到。你機場衹要45分鐘車程，挺方便。

哈哈哈，驚喜的一家民宿，位置很好，國慶後過來的，免費給我升級了房型，老闆服務真的超讚，送的水果也很多，完全體會到了苗家的熱情好客，民宿夜景非常的好值得推薦！

酒店位置很方便，在地鐵站附近，離古城也不遠，酒店有會議廳，小童樂園，還有餐廳，早中晚餐都有，很方便，房間乾淨整潔，床很大很舒服，睡睡懶覺好愜意~

網上提前訂的房間，很喜歡。價格比較合理，配套設施齊全，環境也很好，寬敞明亮採光良好，房間裏面沒有異味，打掃的乾乾淨淨。滿意

讚賞酒店前台一位女職員，服務很專業。入住期間出現各種問題和要求，都很快答覆和解決。走時還送了兩包糖作禮物及幫忙叫車往高鐵站，值得讚賞。 入住的房間很寬敞，設施有智能控制。衛生打掃乾淨整潔。早餐正常，有粥粉飯包可選擇。 唯一不習慣的地方是室內吸煙問題。如果大堂走廊電梯等公共地方可禁止吸煙便更好。另外，房間的介紹寫是禁煙的，但房內郤放了煙灰缸，有點奇怪。
