Very nice hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The shortcut walk from the hotel to the ancient town was great, hot springs were nice, and the breakfast was delicious.

Great staff, friendly but professional. Especially thanks to those young ladies in Mao's costumes. They provided valuable information about how to make the most out of our time in Fenghuang Ancient Town, including the best time to see the night-time activities, and where to eat. One the the lady walked us to the stairs/walkway so we can walk to the Town. Before she turned back, she advised us to take a taxi to the hotel due to the walkway will to too dark to walk and unsafe. The room is big with an electric kettle but no tea bag or coffee provided. The breakfast buffet had variety with both Chinese and Western foods.

Am very satisfied with the services provided by the hotel. The room is spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

it's a great hotel and environment but it's a little far away from the center of Feng Huang gu cheng as it is in a newer development area where they have hot springs. friendly staff though!

自駕遊的強烈建議入住，如果説做公共交通建議考慮一下，畢竟酒店位置比較偏僻，上下山極其不便，這個地方甚至沒有滴滴，吃飯出去玩都比較麻煩，上一個鳳凰唐舍.見山酒店隨時免費提供送站服務，温德姆需要特定的時間預約，相對來説有點不便！還有就是在山上蟲子比較多🪳 但是環境可以真心不錯，適合度假，酒店服務態度滿意！必須好評

太太過生日，特意訂的這家鳳凰古城最高級別的酒店。首先，感謝提供了生日蛋糕，雖然是酒店銷售的四款蛋糕組合裝，但味道真心不錯的。同時也感謝免費升級房型。提個改善意見，因為沒有滴滴，高鐵接站方面，酒店應該學習海南三亞的酒店，基本都提供免費接機及接站服務。酒店提供的網約車從攬勝磁懸浮站到酒店，收費40 元，給人感覺溢價過高。酒店衹提供單程送站服務還是有缺憾的。酒店温泉的空中温泉池，體驗滿好。

酒店值得推薦，錯峯帶父母出遊，訂了兩天兩間私湯房，房間私湯温泉不錯，私密性非常強，山邊也非常安靜，修身養性的好地方，性價比也非常高。酒店設施完善，在鳳凰城邊的山上，鬧中取靜，是典型的度假型酒店，早餐、客房服務、前台check in/out,速度非常快，交通車的響應速度也非常快，所有服務人員的態度非常好，真的做到了賓至如歸，有“家”一樣的感覺，總之下次來鳳凰還會選擇這家酒店。特別值得一提的是，我們自駕到酒店已經晚上十點半了，沒想到前台工作人員和管家都還等着我們。旅遊管家苗族阿妹田紹峯在第二天為我們設計了兩天的旅遊計劃，全程陪同，使我們這次鳳凰之行錦上添花。在此一併感謝。

房間寬敞乾淨有超大陽台，環境非常好👍點贊大堂的Anna小姐姐，服務專業貼心，一直保持甜美微笑服務，賓至如歸在這裏體驗到了極致，酒店去古城也很方便，在半山腰的酒店，遠離城市的喧囂，有機會來鳳凰 是一定會再來住的 非常推薦！

温德姆雖然不在古城裡麪 但是酒店有接送的班車去古城，也可以走小道5分鐘就能直接到下游的第一個打卡點。入住當天前台小姑娘Anna李溱貼心的安排了同一樓層的房間還給予了升級，之後又幫忙安排車輛送我們去高鐵站。
