In the house: sun terrace, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 200 m, public bathing area 6 km. Golf course 6 km, tennis 4 km, mountain railway 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ossiachersee 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. Additional accommodations can be booked. 3-room apartment 51 m2, on the top floor. Partly with sloping ceilings, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with rooflight with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven). Shower/WC. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Very good apartment, the location of the apartment is a good starting point for exploring Carinthia. Everything was in good condition, especially in the kitchen.

The apartment is big enough for 2 to 4 people, the facility is a little outdated. Shops can be reached after a 10-minute drive. Very friendly landlord. Online check-in didn't work. Landlord has not received a guest sheet. Very nice area, between Wortersee
