I will never stay at this hotel again and possibly no other Four Points for that matter. I was turned off by the I don’t care, we have your money now attitudes when trying to resolve room issues. Members of the front desk staff was horrible. From my experience someone from corporate needs to do an inspection on the daily procedures here. 👎👎

This hotel was used as a homeless shelter and still smells Ike one. Multiple rooms and the odor was toxic. They would not allow for a refund. Stay away. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

Never clean up the rooms for three days. Don’t change the towels too

Although it is not super close to the airport, the hotel is a good value. Clean rooms with good staff. Stayed closer on return stay over for more money and a much worse hotel. Overall, a good value. Their transportation van needs an upgrade-several seatbelts we’re not functional.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and very professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints from us.

The room was not very clean. Found a dirty sock when I dropped a belonging to the floor near the end of the bed, it kind of bounced and went u see the bed skirt. I lifted the skirt to grab it and lo and behold, a crusty dirty sock tucked just under the skirt. The bathroom was not very clean and had ANTS!!!! too busy to bring it to staff’s attention or ask for a different room.

Rooms inside were as expected. The Indian restaurant attached to the hotel was phenomenal, and I drive to Canada for Indian regularly.
The rooms either face the street (front of building) or tenement apartments (rear), and there is no secure parking in the area. We didn't have our drapes open because our window looked into someone's living room. It would have been nice to have a "sheer" drape option, so we could let in light without feeling folks could look at us (especially at night, with lights on).

Found a stain and someone elses hair under the sheets. Very noisy. Bed is uncomfortable. Pillows are good.
Smoke alarm has a bright green blinking light directly above the bed. We barely slept. And left early because we knew we could not rest properly. Little to no amenities.
Could hear even low conversation in hallway and rooms.
We chose this hotel to sleep and rest while out in the area. We didnt not achive this at all.
And finding the bed had not been changed properly is absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed.
Unsatisfied.
Heavy perfume of some kind in lobby.
