We received excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to those checking us in for breakfast (which was fantastic by the way) to the grill masters 🙂 in the dining room. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, kind, and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the spacious bathroom with the waterfall shower head. My husband has stayed at an Embassy Suite Hotel several times, but this was my first. I will definitely visit an Embassy property again. Thank you for making our stay an extremely comfortable one.

Great staff, so exceedingly helpful and kind. I was traveling just me and my 15 month old due to a death in the family. We got in late and the two gentlemen working helped be get my bags upstairs and check in without waking up the baby. So, so thankful for your help! The room was impressively clean. The king room had space to set up a pack n play and still have some room for her to toddle around.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel. The first 2 nights were great. The front desk clerk, Lakreisha, was exceptional. I was in town for a death in my family, so I needed the kindness and friendliness. On the morning that I checked out, there was an issue with my reservation because my confirmation email had me checking out the following day, so this is where my things went downhill. I called the front desk to discuss the mishap, and I spoke with the assistant manager, Amanda Hostler. As we went over my bill, I began questioning the issue, she became irritated and started talking over top of me, and when I asked her not to, she began laughing at me. I asked for the general manager, and she said that he was off and that she was managing the hotel for the day. I asked her why she was being rude and mean to me, and she laughed and hung up the phone. I am a Marriott Gold Member and was appalled by this woman's behavior. First of all, how could such a reputable company hire someone who treats their customers poorly, and to make matters worse, she is in management. Back to my story, I immediately went down to the front desk, in my pajamas, and surprisingly, she was on the phone with Justin Durrance, the General Manager. I asked her, why did you hang up the phone on me. She said because you were being rude. I was floored. I could not believe that she was gaslighting me. I asked to speak to Justin since he was already on the phone. I got on the phone and told him everything that had transpired. The very first thing he says when he responded is, ”this is my day off and I'm driving around in my car, and you're calling me on my day off”. I said, ”Excuse me, can I say something”. He abruptly says, ”I let you talk, and now your cutting me off”. I immediately got quiet while thinking to myself, wait a minute, I said excuse me, I'm not being rude, so I continued to stay quiet while he talked. He told me that he heard me in the background while he was on the phone and he heard her as well...so here is the kicker, he ends with saying, ”I back my employees.” No apologies, just ”I back my employees”. I told him, I never called you on your day off or even asked her to call you. I only asked to speak to you because you were already on the phone. I also told him, he should never tell a customer that he back his employees, even if he felt that way, he should never ever say that to a guest. I'm old school, whatever happened to, the customer is always right. Wowwwww! It all made sense to me. Her behavior matched his behavior. This is why she was probably hired, and Justin probably trained her. As far as I'm concerned, they both should be either fired or demoted, and retrained if they stay. This is my first time in Fayetteville, and I am here for a death in my family. I am so disappointed in my experience. I hope senior management sees this review, and do an investigation by looking at the cameras. Marriott is doing a disservice to themselves b

I've stayed twice now over the past month and it keeps getting worse. The floors throughout the entire hotel are uneven to the point it feels like I'm a skiier going down a mogule course. The shower heads are just above face level such that I have to dip slightly so I can rinse my head off (i'm not that tall). The curved outward rods dipped so heavily that the shower curtains slid to the middle - water everywhere. My latest experience involved not one room but two on separate floors with ants in the bathroom. Not swarms - but a clear trail was visible. The desks are right next to the bed and extremely cramped when you sit at them. On a positive note, the staff is extremely friendly and rooms are overall clean (minus the ants).

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per tutta la notte con amici. Dopo l'arrivo alle 10:00 su una notte di 18 gradi, la stanza era 57 gradi quando entravano! Hanno chiamato il dipartimento frontale che non sembrava preoccuparsi e hanno detto che il custode lasci così e hanno solo bisogno di aspettare, si riscalderà presto. Si rivolse dopo 20 minuti dopo che la temperatura non era molto affollata e avevano una risposta simile insensata. Hanno spinto a cambiare le stanze e hanno trovato la stessa cosa nella nuova stanza. Hanno aspettato più di 90 minuti per riscaldare la stanza abbastanza per fare la doccia. Così tanto per arrivare, rilassarsi e andare a dormire! Se uno dei tre membri del personale di servizio in servizio aveva mostrato anche la più piccola empatia con la situazione, avrebbe potuto fare una differenza, ma hanno detto che era politica dell'hotel mantenere le camere fredde e non c'era niente che potessero fare. Cerco di risparmiare energia, ma se si accede con il tempo di arrivo sulle ore di applicazione Hilton in anticipo, non può 1 delle 3 persone sul desktop fare la cosa giusta e disattivare il calore? Certo, un hotel per evitare!

Il fratello maggiore alla reception ha dato il parere del roadhouse texano. I nonni locali che sono entrati dalla porta sono rimasti sbalorditi dai due asiatici. Ahahahahahaha. Se incontro due asiatici che indossano maschere in questo momento, potrei avere paura. I panini e la carne al texas roadhouse sono davvero un must. Consiglio a tutti di mangiare
