Toilet made a loud screeching sound about every ten minutes. Shower head was broken on the lowest setting, mold on the ceilings and walls in the bathroom

Walls must be thin as cardboard as I laid in my bed listening to the person in the adjacent room snore all night long. I was unable to get a wink of sleep.

There is some work going on outside but there isn't any noise and you don't notice it. The rooms are nice and clean. They even give you dove products in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The elevator was not working and we were on the third floor.Other than that our stay was fine.

Internet was too slow to be usable. No cleaning/towel service for our 3 day stay. Smokers were allowed to smoke in the room next to us despite our complaint.

Aside from there was no Shampoo and housekeeping (reason for 4 stars), everything was great during our stay. Staff tried to make everything right and I appreciate it. Our room was clean and spacious.

We arrived on site and the desk clerk was playing on his computer. He gave looks to me as if I was bothering him to get checked in. Then the room he gave us was dirty and trashed. Then I came down to tell him and he looked so inconvenienced to have to get up and change rooms. He never apologized or even spoke after I mentioned it to him. Every question I asked him he had was rude.

The property was well kept, but needs minor cosmetic updates. The front desk staff needs to be retrained on speaking and being friendly to guests. The breakfast was we’ll maintained by the staff member over it. Housekeeping staff was great!
Great location but very busy as well! Plenty of dining options and shopping nearby! Restaurants we’re in walking distance!

It may be me but the king size bed seemed like a queen but front desk swears its a king, very firm mattress. The hotel was nice and it was clean, breakfast was good.
