The Hotel was excelent, the location perfect , and I would like to mention Mr Vitor Reis from FrontDesk. I travel around the world and this gentleman is outstanding, very profissional in an easy way! My congratulations to Mr Reis!

Hotel agradável e com ótima localização

Doppia con letti singoli: camera molto piccola, insonorizzazione pessima, letto con una terribile imitazione di topper in gommapiuma, porta del bagno scorrevole che non resta chiusa. Manca il bollitore. Riscaldamento molto rumoroso. Direi che per un 4 stelle proprio non ci siamo! Colazione buona.

**I am giving this hotel a 3 stars for the room alone. Every thing else was above average.** We stayed at this property from 03/20 – 03/23. I had reserved a suite. When I see a suite, I think of a very nice room with a good view. Not in this hotel. We were assigned room #101. This was a suite with a separate sitting room, but the view was of a wall. Not overlooking the sanctuary but a wall of the building next door. Not like the photos on the website. So, if you are looking for a room with a view, do not get room 101. Other than that, the stay was good. The room was clean, and the heating worked well. The price of the room was €93/night. All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had an excellent staff (especially Ines) and the provided breakfast was very good. Breakfast was €15/person with a very large selection of items. It is one of the hotels located along this street that is directly across the street from the Sanctuary. There is a small onsite parking area with about room for 6 cars. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would not get a room but a city view room. I am giving this hotel a 3 stars for the room alone. Every thing else was above average.

What I liked: 1. I found the staff in the restaurant excellent. They made sure I was accommodated based on my allergies at the included dinner provided by the tour. Even at breakfast, the staff were there to advise. This was impressive. 2. The breakfast was a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruit. The only improvement is changing the orange juice since it tasted like Tang. This doesn’t make sense in a country with nice oranges. 3. Excellent location and pretty much across the street from the main churches with Fatima. What could be improved/didn’t like: 1. I had a very negative incident with front desk reception which was both disrespectful and unprofessional given my complaint was about a blood-coloured plasma stain on my bathroom wall. Since I started travelling post covid, I always wipe down and clean the hotel rooms with Lysol wipes. It makes me feel more secure. However, when we arrive in our room, we found a plasma like blood coloured stand on the side wall near the washroom faucet. I was not going to clean this by myself, since to me it looked like blood and the room should have been cleaned properly. I went to the front desk to report the issue. The front desk reception was very arrogant and dismissive. He gave me the impression that he thought I was making it up and just wanted to get rid of me. After insisting that it be cleaned, he agreed to send the Room Service Manager up to check. In the meantime, I went to dinner. When I returned from dinner, I saw the stain still on the wall. I assumed that no one came to check. I phoned reception and the front desk told me in an arrogant tone – “He didn’t see anything and there is no problem.” Honestly, I was livid. I couldn’t believe anyone could be so rude and dismissive. Fatima is a place people go for pilgrimages. I don’t see how this behaviour reflects the peace people seek in a pilgrimage. I told him I didn’t even know someone came in the room, since there was no note. I insisted that he come back, since I was now in the room. The Room Service Manger came, and I asked him to put on a mask. Then, we went into the washroom, and I showed him the stain. It was clear he didn’t see it from the last visit. He told me that he looked near the toilet. While he was cooperative and helpful, I was very annoyed. I said that I gave all the information to the front desk reception, and they neglected to pass on anything. He apologized and said he would send someone to clean it. Another lady came to clean the room and I also asked her to put on a mask. She cleaned up the stain in less than 5 mins and apologized that it was missed. I found her genuine. It is very unfortunate that a problem that should have taken 10 minutes to resolve took at least 30 minutes of my time on my vacation. I also didn’t appreciate being presumed a liar when the room was not cleaned properly. The Lysol wipes that I used to clean the room picked up dust and dirt. When I mentioned this prob

Excelente hotel, super elegante e confortável. Junto ao santuário. Funcionários simpáticos sempre com um sorriso. Refeições excelentes. A repetir, tem parque gratuito. Hotel muito sossegado, refeições caseiras e fartas.

Hotel muito bom , equipe muito educada e prestativa , limpeza , aconchegante , ao lado do santuário de Fátima , ponto muito positivo . Jantamos no restaurante , comida maravilhosa e farta , garçom muito simpático, garagem sem cobrança de taxas .

Très bon accueil du personnel. Petit déjeuner copieux. Les serveurs sont très attentionnés. La chambre était soignée et très confortable. A recommander pour ceux et celles qui veulent séjourner à Fatima.

Ótima localização, atendimento e garçons muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Basta atravessar a rua que já estamos no Santuário de Fátima para a procissão das velas, rezar o Rosário e participar das missas e conhecer todo o interior do Santuário. Super recomendo pela localização e atendimento

Boa localização, bom restaurante, hotel agradável Mas os recepcionistas devem se organizar mais e passar informação dum turno para outro! Pedimos um quarto com varanda ,na conversa telefónica nos foi confirmado ! Ao chegar no quarto o terrazzo desapareceu 🤣 e na recepção disseram que não tinha essa informação! Outra coisa importante não tem box para carregar os carros elétricos

Hemos estado 3 noches en el hotel y la estancia ha sido maravillosa. Estamos encantados con el hotel en general, tanto la limpieza, las habitaciones, la comida, en general, todo. En especial dar las gracias a los camareros, y en concreto, a Inés, por su amabilidad y como se han portado con nuestro bebé de un año. Un acierto y repetiremos seguro.

Muito, bom. De frente ao Santuário de Fátima, Cama boa,café da manhã muito bom e o preço excelente! Pessoal da recepção aptos e pró-ativos, assim como todos os funcionários. Nada a reclamar; pena que fiquei só 1 noite.
