All was ok until we entered the assigned room only to find someone already occupying the room. Big mistake. We were assigned another room by the front desk and room fine. Some unnecessary hassle and time for sure. FURTHER looks like you charged me twice for that night accommodation so assume they charged for second room. NOW must go through agro of refund!!!!! Bad.

The room was clean and nice enough, but the public areas are dirty and half-renovated. The pool is closed and has been for months.

The hotel property has a $200.00 deposit for locals. So if you live in the area and have problem like my son did with the house with the electrical they can impact the quest financially when they are already in need.

There was bugs in the room we checked out about an hour after getting there we should get a refund for how bad it was

Room was a bit tired and I saw evidence of mold on the bathroom door and in the shower. Walls were thin because we heard our neighbour’s television most of the night.

It was horrible getting here from highway. Not very well marked.
Got here and the desk clerk didn’t say welcome, glad you are here. Just asked for my card and ID. Normally, the clerk will say breakfast is at the time, the internet password is this… I just got here is your card…. Go to end of hall and take the elevator to the third floor.
Clerks should be at least “somewhat “ cheerful. I had to ask to repeat a few times because he wasn’t speaking at a decent tone and clear.

Clean, comfortable rooms. No hair dryer. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Friendly helpful staff.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. The hot water is hot, the HVAC works as it is supposed to, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. And, this may just be the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
