When we checked in everything seemed okay until we got to our room. The room was way smaller than what was shown in the pictures on ***********, for the type of room we booked. They definitely gave us a smaller room than what we paid for. Apart from that, 4 (!) lamps in our room were broken and hanging loose from the wall and ceiling, exposing the electrical wires. The bathroom had mold in it, the showerhead was broken and the cup provided in the bathroom wasn't clean at all. We went to the front desk the same evening. The owner told us she didn't know about this (we later found out they just didn't care). She told us she could call maintenance the day after. They didn't have any other rooms available. And we had to come back again the day after. She didn't seem to wanna help us/care at all. The next day we talked to this other member of staff who offered moving us to one of their other properties in the city. She asked us to come back again the next morning. The next morning we spoke to someone different again about us being moved to the different property. Suddenly there was a different room available in the same property. When we got to the room we came to the conclusion that this was the room type we actually paid for. We also found out that they put new people in our old room without fixing anything. Overall the service was very disappointing and we weren't the only ones with problems. We also overheard other guests complaining at the front desk. The hotel also didn't offer any breakfast service even though they do mention this on ***********. The rooftop bar also wasn't open and there wasn't any other food or drinks service provided apart from a communal hostel kitchen. The rooms don't have hotel basics like a mini fridge, a safe and a kettle for tea. You can definitely get a better room somewhere else for a better price.

Prima di tutto dobbiamo dire che di solito restiamo in hotel durante i nostri viaggi - ma questa volta abbiamo provato l'Opus One a Faro perché sembrava davvero accogliente e bello sulle foto ...e non siamo stati delusi ;-) L'edificio e la decorazione Il servizio è molto affascinante, il personale è molto amichevole e obbligatorio e il colazione è eccellente e delizioso.Inoltre, abbiamo provato il vino e il formaggio che era molto informativo e delizioso. Possiamo anche parcheggiare la nostra auto vicino a Opus One gratuitamente.

La reception è molto accogliente, aiuta a risolvere tutti i problemi e presenta in dettaglio le attrazioni circostanti. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è buona, puoi raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni più famose e il centro città in dieci minuti. Puoi vedere il mare direttamente dalla finestra della camera. La camera sembrava un po' datata ma era molto ordinata e pulita. Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva, l'hotel è molto conveniente!

We stayed here for one night as it’s close to the airport and meant that we could explore a bit of Faro before we left Portugal. It’s in a really good spot, close to the marina and the hotel was easy to find. Rooms are very clean and provide all the amenities you would need, including really good air conditioning!

Habe das Hotel für eine Nacht genutzt, da ich spät abends in Faro gelandet bin. Das Hotel ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Liegt nur ein paar Meter vom Flughafen entfernt. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig gelegen (Hinterhof). Ich würde erneut einen Aufenthalt dort buchen.

Arrivando in auto abbiamo avuto problemi per scaricare e poi ricaricare a fine soggiorno i nostri bagagli, perché l’albergo è su una piccola strada, dove a pochi metri c’è la stazione di autobus di linea urbana . Nonostante l’hotel abbia 1 posto auto dedicato al carico e scarico, in 6 giorni di permanenza non lo abbiamo mai trovato libero. Comunque abbiamo avuto un buon welcome all’arrivo dalle giovani ragazze che si sono dimostrate nei giorni sempre molto disponibili e competenti . La camera dell’albergo non è molto spaziosa, ma il letto grande matrimoniale la giustifica, la pulizia è stata ottima, la colazione buona ma sempre uguale, in 6 giorni non c’è stato mai una qualsiasi novità . La posizione rientrando di sera non è tanto raccomandabile

Un hotel particolarmente buono, in sé è un palazzo, l'ambiente è magnifico! Ma la posizione è lontana, su una piccola montagna. Fawl, il paesaggio è bello! Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, la stanza è anche molto grande. Viviamo a 0 livelli. Sono spesso venuti i gatti fuori dal balcone grande, molto carino! Pulizia e conforto, è il nostro miglior hotel abitabile in Portogallo occidentale. La colazione è buona! L'hotel ha due piscine. È molto intimo avere una piccola piscina per bambini con 50 cm, molto buona!

We stayed at the Loule Jardim Hotel for 27 nights as part of our winter n the Algarve. It is a charming hotel and looks exactly like the pictures on the website. Since it was cool weather, the sun deck was not set up yet but the covered indoor pool was lovely. The staff is exceptional and so very willing to go the extra step to answer questions and make recommendations. Reception, dining room and housekeeping staffs were always so friendly and welcoming. They set a very high standard! If we are in the area again, this is the only place we would consider staying.
