Prima di tutto dobbiamo dire che di solito restiamo in hotel durante i nostri viaggi - ma questa volta abbiamo provato l'Opus One a Faro perché sembrava davvero accogliente e bello sulle foto ...e non siamo stati delusi ;-) L'edificio e la decorazione Il servizio è molto affascinante, il personale è molto amichevole e obbligatorio e il colazione è eccellente e delizioso.Inoltre, abbiamo provato il vino e il formaggio che era molto informativo e delizioso. Possiamo anche parcheggiare la nostra auto vicino a Opus One gratuitamente.

Hotel tranquillo e ben tenuto, situato nella zona turistica. La camera aveva un piccolo balcone. Una pastelaria si trova di fronte e riapre il 29 settembre. La domenica la maggior parte delle attività commerciali sono chiuse. Puoi prendere l'autobus 16 dalla stazione degli autobus vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per andare all'aeroporto per mangiare lì e poi andare alla spiaggia del FARO se vuoi.
FARO è ben posizionato per visitare diversi siti.

La reception è molto accogliente, aiuta a risolvere tutti i problemi e presenta in dettaglio le attrazioni circostanti. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è buona, puoi raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni più famose e il centro città in dieci minuti.
Puoi vedere il mare direttamente dalla finestra della camera.
La camera sembrava un po' datata ma era molto ordinata e pulita.
Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva, l'hotel è molto conveniente!

When we checked in everything seemed okay until we got to our room. The room was way smaller than what was shown in the pictures on ***********, for the type of room we booked. They definitely gave us a smaller room than what we paid for. Apart from that, 4 (!) lamps in our room were broken and hanging loose from the wall and ceiling, exposing the electrical wires. The bathroom had mold in it, the showerhead was broken and the cup provided in the bathroom wasn't clean at all. We went to the front desk the same evening. The owner told us she didn't know about this (we later found out they just didn't care). She told us she could call maintenance the day after. They didn't have any other rooms available. And we had to come back again the day after. She didn't seem to wanna help us/care at all. The next day we talked to this other member of staff who offered moving us to one of their other properties in the city. She asked us to come back again the next morning. The next morning we spoke to someone different again about us being moved to the different property. Suddenly there was a different room available in the same property. When we got to the room we came to the conclusion that this was the room type we actually paid for. We also found out that they put new people in our old room without fixing anything. Overall the service was very disappointing and we weren't the only ones with problems. We also overheard other guests complaining at the front desk. The hotel also didn't offer any breakfast service even though they do mention this on ***********. The rooftop bar also wasn't open and there wasn't any other food or drinks service provided apart from a communal hostel kitchen. The rooms don't have hotel basics like a mini fridge, a safe and a kettle for tea. You can definitely get a better room somewhere else for a better price.

We stayed here for one night as it’s close to the airport and meant that we could explore a bit of Faro before we left Portugal. It’s in a really good spot, close to the marina and the hotel was easy to find. Rooms are very clean and provide all the amenities you would need, including really good air conditioning!

Highly recommend. Flawless hotel, excellent service, super friendly staffs, amazing food quality. Every detail of our stay has been incredible. Also a special mention to the extremely helpful reception team. 2am room service is top notch, also one reception lady is so kind, she went above and beyond to help us to find a good Presunto, we will definitely come back because of the great service, which made our holiday stress free and enjoyable

Lovely little hotel, quiet and peaceful. Recommend a car to get the best out of it but everything about it is lovely. Great staff ,reasonable food and will definitely be back. Sat in the middle of the country but only a short drive to the coast.15 min drive from airport. Taxi from airport approx 28 euros.Grounds are lovely with nice walk and exercise equipment on hand. Choice of hotel room or apartment away from main hotel block. All staff are a credit to this hotel.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, and the staff creates a warm, hospitable experience while maintaining fidelity to their stated principles of sustainability and avoidance of waste. UUtente ospiteVolevo solo ringraziare Stella e Patricia per aver cercato mia figlia quando era bloccata con un brutto bug! Mia figlia mi ha chiamato in panico e non sapeva cosa fare, come viaggiare da sola, non si sentiva bene, era spaventata e da sola in un paese straniero. Ho trovato il numero per la ricezione e il personale era sorprendente, l'hanno controllata, hanno preso l'acqua e hanno cercato di ottenere un medico o un trattamento d'emergenza. Stella e Patricia hanno sostenuto mia figlia in una farmacia locale dove poteva ottenere consigli e farmaci di cui aveva bisogno, entrambi hanno il suo cibo e il suo bevando libero e sono stati un dio assoluto! È difficile per i genitori quando i nostri figli viaggiano da soli, ma sapere che ci sono persone che sono così gentili e sostenibili è così bello conoscere. Ci sono davvero delle persone meravigliose là fuori, grazie tante xx

UUtente ospiteHabe das Hotel für eine Nacht genutzt, da ich spät abends in Faro gelandet bin. Das Hotel ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Liegt nur ein paar Meter vom Flughafen entfernt. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig gelegen (Hinterhof).
Ich würde erneut einen Aufenthalt dort buchen.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel in catena europea, perché è appena arrivato in Portogallo per il fine settimana, non è economico l'hotel di Faru, e il parcheggio è un problema.
L'hotel è sul bordo ad alta velocità, con una targa specifica ad alta velocità. Quando arriva ad alta velocità, il vasto parcheggio gratuito è solo un evangelio del turismo auto. La stanza è molto piccola, ma è buona a essere piena di polmoni, anche se il piccolo e il piccolo giardino è pieno. L'hotel porta la piscina da solo. La piscina calda è il modo migliore di consumare.
La posizione dell'hotel è ok, andare al mare per dieci minuti, camminare per dieci minuti, c'è un grande centro commerciale con tutti i tipi di cibo, bevande, negozi di marchi, supermercati, dovrebbe essere tutto.La cima del centro commerciale ha un ristorante cinese, 11 euro, buono prezzo, per la canna cinese, è possibile giocare a denti. Rispetto alla Spagna, i prezzi sono davvero inferiori.

Hotel semplice, ristrutturato, in quartiere un po' dismesso. Stanze carine, con tutto il necessario e soprattutto molto pulite. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ed al centro. Personale molto cordiale. Ottima colazione, per ogni gusto.

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel che prende solo il nome di boutique ma non ha assolutamente niente di raffinato. È stato l’hotel più costoso di tutta la vacanza in Portogallo (che comprendeva Coimbra, Porto e Lisbona) pur essendo il più scadente di tutti nonostante gli altri hotel classificati con più stelle fossero più economici. Camera minuscola, poco confortevole con pavimento bianco di materiale sintetico macchiato, bagno microscopico senza ripiani o appendini per poter appoggiare le nostre cose, separazione tra camera e bagno costituita da un vetro con tenda che non permetteva di lasciare la luce accesa nel bagno la notte (che disturbava chi rimaneva in camera a dormire). Doccia con pavimento e pareti in materiale plastico (alla faccia dell’ecologia), armadio microscopico e assenza di una scrivania (per mancanza di spazio) e un porta valigia che intralciava il passaggio. Prese elettriche distanti dai comodini e posizionate vicino al pavimento. Colazione inaccettabile, unico hotel nella cui macchinetta mancava anche il cappuccino. La cameriera era alquanto infastidita quando le sono state chieste le posate (che non erano a disposizione). Insomma un vero disastro!

Un taxi di 6 minuti dall'aeroporto in una posizione molto bella.
Il controllo in esperienza è stato molto piacevole e diretto in avanti e il servizio è stato grande.
L' hotel offre colazione a un costo aggiuntivo ma non sarete delusi .
Il colazione è un buffet e mi è piaciuto molto, perché tutto era delizioso.
Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con una bella vista sul mare ..
La camera era molto pulita, il letto molto comodo e il bagno, anche se il lavoro era molto basso.
Si ottiene un bel pezzo di caramelle e del snack e è stato davvero un bel modo di darci un intero bollo di frutta per mangiare.

La scorsa notte abbiamo avuto un tipico alto turista britannico vicino alla porta che non ha davvero tenuto conto che le persone che stiamo cercando di dormire, ma il personale dell'hotel li ha ordinati di mettere abbastanza presto e di dirgli di stare tranquilli.
C'è un ristorante per pranzo e cena e musica d'amore che vi permette di godere.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It's a distance from all the faro amenities, but it only a few euros in an Uber to reach the heart of faro. There is a free shuttle bus each morning and evening to take you to and from the faro old town and the beach, but we chose to do things on our own schedule. It was only my son and I who stayed here for 4 nights. We loved how quiet the pool area was, and spent lots of time there. The hotel is basic, but clean and served our needs well. The air conditioning in the room was a must! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly, particularly the lady working at the bar. The hotel was clean, although a little dated. But that didn't bother us. Breakfast wasn't the best I've seen, but we enjoyed what he ate. Quality of food in general was poor. We had dinner by the pool one night, and it was terrible. But that is the only negative of our holiday. We booked the shuttle bus to take us to the airport after check out. This was a seamless process, and it was very helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our few days spent at hotel Monaco.
