Room 121 is not a NON-SMOKING ROOM as stated when I booked, the horrible smell of cigarettes ruined my stay, otherwise nice breakfast and services! I did let them know, they said the smell was from adjacent smoking rooms, unfortunately adjacent smoking rooms had “nonsmoking” signs on the doors

This hotel was absolutely the worst and scariest hotel we have ever stepped foot in. We were passing through town and needed an inexpensive hotel for one night. And if you find yourself in the same situation, keep driving! The pictures really looked clean and bright, it was a catfish for hotels!! Outside the hotel was like something out of a scary movie! Boarded up windows, open windows with screens missing. The smell as you enter is dank, sour and obtrusive! Upon checking in we were given a key with a paper and room number but told our room was on a different floor. We wandered around and back up to the desk, the employee realized he didn’t tell us our room number! We walked downstairs to find our room, stacks of broken armchairs were shoved under the stairs. Leaving minimal room to squeeze through towards the hallway. The carpet in the hallway and the doors for each room were pretty gross, but nothing compared to the abysmal condition of our actual room. The smell in our room was worse than the main areas, there were chunks of missing paint, large scratches and gunk on the walls and furniture. The door had words scratched into it and tissues stuffed into the peep hole. Nothing was clean enough or felt safe enough to stay there. We walked back to the front desk and said we wouldn’t stay and the employee didn’t even seem to care, even he knew it wasn’t acceptable! I can’t believe this hotel is open and not condemned, especially considering this is a national chain!

The hotel was marginally clean; the service can be better. The air conditioner did not work. I brought it up to management, she went to check it and she kept saying it was alright. It was blowing warm air and did not cool anything. No one never should up ro repair it and I stayed there for five (5) days. One night I sleep in my vehicle. I will never recommend for any one stay there. EVER.

The hotel room was very unclean, dirty, and unsafe. The window was boarded up, had bugs. Very unsafe and dirty

This was the first place in a long time that I worried about my safety. The place was in disrepair and our bedside lamp was broken with wires hanging out of it. The hall was filthy and wreaked of cleaning solution. The floor was "spongy" and felt like it was going to give way. If it wasn't such a pain to get a refund from ******* I would have walked out. The towels and sheets were clean and the bathroom was too. They need to put some money into this property to make it safe. Don't stay here if you have children.

Dirty bathroom including tub, shower curtain, toilet, and sink. TV didn’t default to normal when turned on. And general appearance of the hotel was bad.

Everything is so bad and the hotel room smelt like smoke and the refrigerator started leaking

Some improvements have been made. Breakfast is now available. Room was clean and spacious. Staff attentive to guests.
