Hotel in zona Faith Bible Church, Farmington Hills

Recentemente sono rimasto al Holiday Inn Express & Suites Farmington Hills - Detroit. Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno. L'hotel era pulito e confortevole, e il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì.

I had a poor experience at the Sheraton in Novi while staying with a family member to celebrate a belated Christmas as we weren't able to get together around Christmas proper. While I was upgraded to a room on the club lounge floor, the guest room I received was not clean by any definition of clean. There was hair on the desk and desk chair, hair on the toilet, hair under the toilet seat, hair on the wrapped bar of soap and soap dish, stains on the desk, and stains on the face tissue container. The single bathrobe hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously worn and didn't have a cincture. On my reservation I specifically requested only 100% feather pillows. My reservation also requested a bathrobe, slippers, extra pillows and extra towels. I didn't receive any of those things. The four pillows were four polyester down-alternative pillows. Those pillows are horrible. They always feel like someone stuffed cotton balls in a pillowcase. During check-in I noticed a sign at the front desk saying daily housekeeping is not provided, unless specially requested. The major cleanliness issues that I experienced are a direct result of what happens when hotels don't clean rooms and other spaces each and every day. I received zero Marriott Bonvoy elite status recognition. Specifically, I was not offered the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. I complained to the general manager, who to his credit acknowledged the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, fully apologized and took responsibility. To resolve the issue, he offered to comp my stay and ensure that the room was thoroughly cleaned while we were out of the room and off-property at a nearby shopping mall. He also apologized for the lack of Bonvoy recognition and provided the $100 cash compensation that is required by Marriott for not offering guest with platinum or higher Bonvoy status the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. When we returned, the room was properly cleaned. The pillows were replaced with feather pillows, although none of the feather pillows had pillow protectors or pillowcase liners. Two clean bathrobes and two pairs of slippers were placed in the closet. The general manager was also kind enough to leave a bottle of wine in the room. My family member was really appreciative of that gesture. Despite the issues, the staff that I encountered throughout the stay were polite, welcoming and hospitable. That aside, there was zero excuse for the cleanliness issues or the lack of attention to what was specified on the reservation The club lounge was open with an average evening offering that included a selection of assorted cheeses, crackers, grapes, fruit and some basic canapés. Besides free nonalcoholic drinks, an honor bar featured cheap house wine ($5 retail bottles of wine) selling for $5 a glass. The club lounge is a nice smaller space. I come to this area every year for a classic car cruise and visit family. This is the closest hotel to my family. I have stayed here in years past and its been average. Nothing special but I don't spend a lot of time there to begin with. This visit the room was overcome with a musty odor. The only way to combat it was to run the A/C very high and keep the bathroom fanning running. After a day in the sun we would come back to this ice box. Without doing that the room smelled and none of the linens would dry. And it was't really that humid out. The Wifi was also very glitchy. These are enough factors that when I return next year I won't be coming back to this Hampton Inn.

1- In generale, è ancora relativamente soddisfacente, molto pulito Il servizio di saloon è anche buono e molto lussuoso. Pensavo che la valutazione online fosse sporca e che non ci fosse stato alcun incontro per soggiornare. La palestra è anche buona, e la distanza di viaggio è più conveniente.

Hilton Hotel è sempre stata la prima scelta di viaggio. È un hotel relativamente formale. Il servizio della ricetta è molto buono. L'hotel è anche molto pulito, principalmente la colazione è molto ricco.

Quando siamo entrati in questo hotel, ci piaceva quello che abbiamo visto. La zona di lobby era bella e invitante.La stanza era bella e pulita. Amiamo avere un frigo e una microonde. Le strutture erano bellissime. Il letto era molto comodo. Non abbiamo usato la piscina o l'area di esercizio. Arrivammo più tardi la sera e ci siamo verificati prima che il colazione cominciasse. Posso solo dire ......AMBER! Era assolutamente sorprendente. Ci ha salutati con un sorriso e un'ottima atteggiamento che avevamo bisogno dopo quello che avevamo passato al nostro precedente hotel. Che respiro d’aria fresca. Ci siamo chiacchierati e chiacchierati mentre ci siamo iscritti. Non posso dire abbastanza di quanto fosse meravigliosa. Quando siamo giunti al lobby poco dopo aver controllato, lei stava mocciosando il pavimento e devo dire che era felice. Ha sempre sorriso sul viso.Gli hotel hanno bisogno di più GSA come lei. Hai una vera gioiello sulle mani. La amo appena.

Hotel is convenient for travelling. Good service! But breakfast is too simple.
