Hotel in zona North Dakota State University Gate, Fargo

Perche' siamo stati incastrati in un buco di neve dovevamo arrivare al più vicino Hilton. Grazie a Dio, solo 2 isolati di distanza! In una notte di venerdì impegnata, poteva prenotare l'app Hilton e controllare entro 2 minuti! Quando mi hanno dato la pasta e la spazzola. Il mio toddler fu dato a due cuccioli... lei li amava! Questo Hilton era così ospite, comodi letti, comodi camera, tranquilla anche in una notte di venerdì sera occupata... così grato! Anche con le lotte, con un allarme antincendio e senza un plug USB nella stanza, questo hotel è stato il miglior soggiorno con Hilton Hotels in un lungo periodo! Apprezzare il professionalismo del personale e i custodi di casa eccellente pulizia! Il miglior Hilton a Fargo!

I always love staying at Residence Inn properties, and have stayed at this one in the past. However, I have never had a worse stay at a Marriott property than this one. Even in some other hotels of theirs in more rough or rural areas where the hotel isn’t in the best shape, at least the staff has been a bright spot. No such luck here. The man working check in the afternoon of March 10th was the worst check in agent I’d ever had. Hardly greeted us, did not acknowledge or thank us for being Marriot gold elite status, did not offer welcome gifts (which were clearly in gift bags behind him), did not mention details about breakfast, pool or fitness center hours or location, did not indicate if housekeepers would be servicing the room for the length of our stay. I asked if we could have a room on the fourth floor where we had family staying and he barely acknowledged the request, did not confirm one was available after checking the system - just activated key cards and wrote the room number down silently before pointing us towards the elevators. The other odd thing was every time we dealt with someone at the front desk, they seemed to have a silent trainee shadowing them - never spoke or had their presence acknowledged. I feel bad for the information they would be receiving. The rooms at 10 years old are showing more wear than I would expect. Our room was ok for being clean, but our family members room was very dirty and the coffee maker in the kitchen did not work. The lobby furnishings are in back need of replacement - especially the stools at the high top near the breakfast area. Perhaps the strangest problem was with the hot tub - so more accurately the room temperature tub. This thing had GREAT jets and would have been top 3 hot tubs we’ve ever had if only the HEAT worked! I didn’t say anything to the hotel during our 3 nights there, as I was sure a survey email would follow as usual, but a week later it has not. Avoid this one.

Questa è stata una gita per un funerale di famiglia. Ha servito bene le nostre esigenze. Io ero rimasto lì 4 anni fa. Non sembra essere stato mantenuto molto bene - sicuramente sighs di invecchiamento. C'era un ”diner” annunciato nel lobby, in prima sera, era un'aquila di pollo, un letto di ghiaccio con vestiti e chips di patate. Penso che un'ora felice con cose come chips/salsa, formaggio/crackers, vegetariani/dip potrebbe essere più attraente. Il colazione era meglio di quanto si potesse aspettare - il migliore che abbiamo visto da quando abbiamo viaggiato in un periodo di pandemia negli ultimi anni. Il personale del front desk è stato molto utile. Un hotel a buon mercato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo luogo per una visita di notte. La stanza dell'hotel stessa aveva una viva di città funebre che ci piaceva. Ci era un'area separata con un divano e TV- con una grande zona di sicurezza- e caffè bar. Ci era anche una TV separata davanti al letto. Il doccia che avevamo potuto usare era un nuovo piano, il piano era molto chiuso e si sentiva grosso per stare in piedi. Le tavole di vetro nel bagno sembravano belle, ma erano assolutamente coperte di polvere. Infine, c'era un disegno difettoso su chi ha installato il portatore di carta da bagno, il portatore è letteralmente sulla stessa parete del serbatoio, e circa quattro pollici dal suolo - costringendovi a girare e a sdraiarsi mentre si usa il portatore di bagno. In generale, pensavo di rimanere di nuovo in futuro, ma questo era un po' prezioso per quello che abbiamo sentito ricevere - $200.00 una notte, e il colazione non è stato incluso.
